Mike in Horseheads Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 Think about it, if the situation was different and the Bills canned St Doug would we then feel sorry for him and blame management? That possibility may not have been far from happening for all we know.
HOUSE Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 (edited) He was essentially fired IMO He wanted to keep his OC Hackett & coaches with an extension Pegula said no and Marrone quit To me this is a warning sign to the next team that hires him. Edited January 1, 2015 by HOUSE
CodeMonkey Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 He was essentially fired IMO He wanted to keep his OC Hackett & coaches with an extension Pegula said no and Marrone quit To me this is a warning sign to the next team that hires him. A warning sign that a coach wants to do the best he can financially and for his career? People have to stop reacting emotionally like a girl stood up by her prom date and realize it is a business to them.
Ted William's frozen head Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 A warning sign that a coach wants to do the best he can financially and for his career? People have to stop reacting emotionally like a girl stood up by her prom date and realize it is a business to them. There is a (largely lost) concept of 'doing the right thing'. Marrone is nothing but an amoral crook. He should run for political office. In the current climate, he'd fit right in.
