dave mcbride
He had some genuinely good seasons (better than any Bills QB since 1991, truth be told), but the physical decline appears to be real. vincec
Wow. The available QB situation really is grim. Schaub? I'd probably rather go with Manuel honestly.
clearwater cadet
Do you even watch or pay attention to football at all? Â I do watch and pay attention, that why I don't know where we are going to find a QB. So you tell me where we are going to get a QB? Should we just wing it with EJ and Jeff like last year. KD in CA
I'm not sure I've give up anything to get him, but I'd certainly sign him ahead of 80% of the FA QBs out there to make an evaluation of his physical condition. He was a good QB as recently as 2012. In 2013 it fell apart for not just him but the entire Texan team, and of course this year he never left the bench. It's easy to write him off as finished, but unless they are going to get Bradford or Foles, I don't see anyone else who has proven anything in the NFL. Fixxxer
Wow. The available QB situation really is grim. Schaub? I'd probably rather go with Manuel honestly. Â Me too, but I wouldn't mind having another vet to help him or another young QB out or step on the field and not be a total liability (see Brohm, Thigpen, Arm strenght Palmer, Matt Leinhart, Vince Young, etc) Â The asking price should not be high for this to happen. Mr. WEO
It's a better option then Cutler......  At least Schaub costs less and at this time isn't being run out of Oakland like Cutler is in Chicago  They don't run backup QBs out of town.
