ExiledInIllinois Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 We don't get that pick right? Doesn't Cleveland?
YoloinOhio Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Jets won't get a QB or Amari Cooper at 6 IMO.
RJ (not THAT RJ) Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Jets won't get a QB or Amari Cooper at 6 IMO. Do you suppose their fan pages are loaded with folks complaining about the meaningless win?
PolishDave Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Jets won't get a QB or Amari Cooper at 6 IMO. Imagine how pissed some Jets fans are today after getting another win.
QCity Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Strength of schedule is total BS. Houston, KC, and SD all beat us yet pick ahead of us.
YoloinOhio Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Do you suppose their fan pages are loaded with folks complaining about the meaningless win? geno looked like an all pro today when Miami ran for the bus. Lol of course. God I hope they keep him.
TC in St. Louis Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Like it or not, we played a tough schedule. I'm glad we are picking #19. That vindicates the Cleveland trade somewhat. And I believe Sammy was worth a couple wins. Had we not made the trade, we may have been 7-9 again and picking 13th. What QB are we gonna get at 13?

Did you forget, Bills don't get a first round pick... The Browns get #19. EDIT: Ooops... My Bad... I see where you are going with. Read it awkwardly. Edited December 29, 2014 by ExiledInIllinois
Virgil Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 I hate that strength of schedule is the determining factor. It should be the second criteria after head to head. We should be picking ahead of the Chargers and KC since we beat them. With the draft order logic, we need more help than them
Big Turk Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Imagine how pissed some Jets fans are today after getting another win. Rex Ryan gives the team the finger out the door by winning 2 of the last 3, lol
Rumblinstumblin Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Strength of schedule is total BS. Houston, KC, and SD all beat us yet pick ahead of us. The Texans are not a good football team.

qblax16 Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Strength of schedule is total BS. Houston, KC, and SD all beat us yet pick ahead of us. I think this works in our favor as 2nd rd flips this order of teams w the same record. Not sure though, anyone fact check that?

I'm fine with it...giving up the 19th pick yo trade up is well worth it. It has happened before. One year buffalo and mismi were tied for last place, mismi swept thus hot a 3rd place opponent schedule but because of a weaker SoS they picked ahead of buffalo.
mannc Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 I think this works in our favor as 2nd rd flips this order of teams w the same record. Not sure though, anyone fact check that? That is correct, so no need to lose sleepOver KC and SD picking ahead of us--unless you are a Browns fan. So, two QB-needy teams at the top. Seems to make a big trade at the top of the draft less likely. Let the MM vs JW debate begin. Thursday will add some fuel to it.
