Pneumonic Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Spikes is just glad he's on the golf course earlier than usual.
Augie Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 He just wanted to shout out to the other 30 teams that he's not a malcontent and wants a big contract Cheery fellow by nature, aren't you! Could even be true, but why the immediate negative on all topics? That must be a rough way to spend a life.
PromoTheRobot Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Yeah, I heard Marrone is a meanie...... He punts on 4th down.
Augie Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 BLOW IT UP! YEAH! or wisely tweak it and win a lot
Nick the Greek Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 @MatthewFairburn: Brandon Spikes said Buffalo made him the happiest he's ever been in the NFL: http://t.co/hLwX4x2oz5 Who says money cant but happiness?
negativo Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Spikes has likely played his last game in Bufffalo, so good on him for showing some class to the team and fans before he departs.
MarkAF43 Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 The NFL is about depth. For the right price I would throw some money towards spikes to get him to stay. He's been a big part of this teams D forging an identity and an attitude.
JohninMinn. Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Spikes and Hughes are the canaries in the coalmine. If they're signed Bills are serious contenders next year.
beerme1 Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 I want him back. And there is no guarantee that Kiko comes back as the beast he was. Spikes has been a great addition to the roster. Keep him even if you overpay him slightly.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 @MatthewFairburn: Brandon Spikes said Buffalo made him the happiest he's ever been in the NFL: http://t.co/hLwX4x2oz5 he must have really hated Bellicheat & Co., especially with all that winning and the nasty things he said about them when he got here.
MDH Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 (edited) Spikes and Hughes are the canaries in the coalmine. If they're signed Bills are serious contenders next year. Spikes would just be depth next year, not sure how they need to sign him to contend. Hughes, on the other hand, can be a difference maker and I'd like to see them make a real attempt to retain him. That being said even if the D loses Hughes they'll be good. The OL is what needs fixing for this team to contend. Fix the OL, play good D and whomever the Bills stick back there at QB can Andy Dalton it to the playoffs. Edited December 29, 2014 by MDH
