I think we all know that Tom's #1 choice is "Friday" by Rebecca Black, but I'm curious to hear from some non-geniuses as well.

 

Some of my favorites:

 

“The Lonesome Death of Hattie Carol” – Bob Dylan

 

“The Mercy Seat” – Nick Cave

 

“Famous Blue Raincoat” – Leonard Cohen

 

and a hokey choice, but I still like it...

“Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree” – Tony Orlando & Dawn

Some more than others. I'm talking about songs with a particularly well-told, coherent narrative. Sheesh.
