Cugalabanza Posted December 21, 2014 Posted December 21, 2014 What did he injure? From the clip it looks like it could be left leg, right shoulder, head, face, ribs, left elbow, collarbone or some combination of these.
DC Tom Posted December 21, 2014 Posted December 21, 2014 What did he injure? From the clip it looks like it could be left leg, right shoulder, head, face, ribs, left elbow, collarbone or some combination of these. You forgot pride and self-esteem. Johnny Football, indeed.
MDH Posted December 21, 2014 Posted December 21, 2014 Hah, Newton throws a bad INT and the announcer says, "That was a horrible decision, that was a Manziel-esque decision."
Proteus Posted December 21, 2014 Posted December 21, 2014 This is good, Browns have a much better chance of beating the Ravens next week with Hoyer in there.
White Linen Posted December 21, 2014 Posted December 21, 2014 How could we pass on such an amazing talent.
San-O Posted December 21, 2014 Posted December 21, 2014 How could we pass on such an amazing talent. They figured they we had E.J.???
White Linen Posted December 21, 2014 Posted December 21, 2014 They figured they we had E.J.??? Or they knew Johnny was BS.
YoloinOhio Posted December 22, 2014 Posted December 22, 2014 @DustinFox37: Get the infamous jersey ready. RT @ProFootballTalk: Brian Hoyer and Johnny Manziel are both hurt, so it could be Connor Shaw time on Sunday
YoloinOhio Posted December 22, 2014 Posted December 22, 2014 Bahahaha @JFowlerESPN: #Browns called Rex Grossman about joining team for one week but sides couldn't work out logistics. Grossman has whole family in for holiday

BetterNextYearRight? Posted December 23, 2014 Posted December 23, 2014 Connor Shaw has heart. Easy player to root for during his college career, hope he can become a decent backup QB.
YoloinOhio Posted December 23, 2014 Posted December 23, 2014 Oh @ProFootballTalk: Johnny Manziel: I know I have to take this more seriously http://t.co/c2QK1OqaTS
The Dean Posted December 23, 2014 Posted December 23, 2014 Oh @ProFootballTalk: Johnny Manziel: I know I have to take this more seriously http://t.co/c2QK1OqaTS Wonder what gave it away? Talk is cheap and I think I've heard this before. The proof will be in his behavior off the field, and his play on it.
Gray Beard Posted December 24, 2014 Posted December 24, 2014 The Bills had this rookie quarterback who didn't slide and got hit in the knee. He ended up missing several games. What was his name again? Manuel? I think Manziel seems like a jerk and I don't know if he will ever turn out to be any good, but let's not forget that he is not the only one to make the rookie mistake of taking the hit rather than learning to slide.

If you think that one incident is why people believe Manziel is immature and not taking his role as an NFL starter seriously enough, I don't think you are paying attention.

But the story today is he says he didn't take his job as seriously as he should have.
C.Biscuit97 Posted December 24, 2014 Posted December 24, 2014 (edited) Oh @ProFootballTalk: Johnny Manziel: I know I have to take this more seriously http://t.co/c2QK1OqaTS Translation: I'm not good enough to make it at this level, so let me pretend like I was trying hard enough. It's stupid to write off any young qb, but Manziel is a much less talented Vick. Edited December 24, 2014 by C.Biscuit97
