K-9 Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Its the smart move. Totally untenable situation for Cutler in Chicago at the moment. They oughta bench that turncoat SOB Kromer while they're at it. GO BILLS!!!

26CornerBlitz Posted December 18, 2014 Author Posted December 18, 2014 The Bears are an unmitigated mess! NFL NOW: The crumble in Chicago continues Colleen Wolfe and Marc Sessler discuss the crumble of the Chicago Bears , Brandon Marshall and Martellus Bennett's comments and what changes lie ahead. Matt Forte on Bears : 'Whatever happens ... happens' The Chicago Bears have just a few weeks remaining in what has been a dreary season. A number of changes could be coming to the team, however, Matt Forte is just concerned with what he can control. Bears benching Cutler, will start Clausen against Lions
aristocrat Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 I'd really like to keep our second rounder. You know a couple teams would go after him. Oakland being one of them and the jets. Now both of them have high firsts which is overpaying for cutler. The one asset we have could be jerry hughes. Him straight up for cutler? Sign Hardy to replace.
Felonious Monk Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Wow. Just wow. Cutler would surely be an upgrade here. We would be a playoff team. But I'm worried he would cut our hearts out. I'm not sure he can cut anything that hasn't been completely severed in the last 15 years.

Jerry Hughes is a FA so we can't trade him You would give up a back to back 10+ sack artiest for a guy that has now gotten 3 coaches fired? Stick to madden

Captain Hindsight Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 (edited) What three coaches did he get fired? Shannahan, Lovie and in 2 weeks Trestman You could make an argument for Josh McDaniels too since the first thing Jay did was quit on him and make him turn to *gulp* Orton and Tebow Edited December 18, 2014 by Captain Hindsight

Stick to madden you can tag him and trade him. hardy would replace the sacks lost. Cutler is an upgrade over orton and if we go after a real head coach who can maximize his potential we could make it work. I would not do it if hackett is here.
Prickly Pete Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 If he is cut outright, I would love the Bills to sign him for the rest of this season. But if he is just let go after this season (obviously more likely), I wouldn't want the Bills to sign him.
Captain Hindsight Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Yea, you don't have an agenda  Whats that supposed to mean?

Numark3 Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Whats that supposed to mean? nothing nothing. Cutler is a coach killer lol
Mr. WEO Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 If you get benched for Clausen... you suck I don't know if this is valid. If I'm the owner of that team and I read that my HC just benched My starter for Clausen (who even knew he was still in the league?!), I would personally head to the facility and toss the HC out into the street myself. Trestman was already an embarrassment and now he wants to humiliate what's left of the franchise with Clausen as starter? No way.
ProcessAccepted Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Franchise QBs are really hard to find, so they don't get shipped off twice to other teams. If the Bears deal Cutler its probably a sign that he's not the top tier QB that he's been billed as.
Beerball Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Yea, you don't have an agenda  Where's the agenda? The guy is poison.

Assuming this is an irreparable situation, Cutler will end up forcing the Bears to cut him one way or the other. GO BILLS!!!
