Big Turk Posted December 17, 2014 Posted December 17, 2014 Guess he has a lot of spare time to bang his former teammate's wife now...lmao...
26CornerBlitz Posted December 17, 2014 Posted December 17, 2014 Jerry Jones: Not unrealistic Murray could play Sunday
mannc Posted December 17, 2014 Posted December 17, 2014 I'm guessing his unavailability will have a negligible effect on the Vegas line. Even the very best RBs have little effect in their teams' fortunes.

mannc Posted December 17, 2014 Posted December 17, 2014 He hasn't been ruled out. If they play a RB with a broken hand, they are idiots.
26CornerBlitz Posted December 17, 2014 Posted December 17, 2014 If they play a RB with a broken hand, they are idiots. Wouldn't be the 1st time a RB has managed to do this and certainly won't be the last. How can Murray adjust with hand injury? The "NFL Total Access" crew discusses and demonstrates how Dallas Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray can adjust his style of play to accommodate his hand injury.
dhg Posted December 17, 2014 Posted December 17, 2014 If they play a RB with a broken hand, they are idiots. I may be wrong, but I seem to remember Robb Riddick playing with a cast on one of his hands.
NewEra Posted December 17, 2014 Posted December 17, 2014 Delete this thread or change the title. It's a lie
mannc Posted December 17, 2014 Posted December 17, 2014 I may be wrong, but I seem to remember Robb Riddick playing with a cast on one of his hands. Doesn't mean it is a good idea.
What a Tuel Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 (edited) I think he should start.....I may be bias though because he is on my championship team. I just want them to make it look like he is going to play all the way up to the start of the game. I was an idiot and didn't think it was necessary to pick up Randle prior to this and my opponent with poor RB's grabbed him ahead of me in waivers. As for real football, they should definitely and probably will rest him. Edited December 18, 2014 by What a Tuel

What a Tuel Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 i did pick up Randle for my championship game. I'll take it as a learning experience. I had Le'Veon Bell as my other RB, and Gore, and Ingram on my bench. I was never going to play Gore again. I knew that, I guess I just thought that I would likely lose if Murray got hurt anyway so there wasn't much point to handcuffing Randle. Now I know, Murray could break his damn hand in the last 3 minutes of the game, and I moved on to the Championship anyway. Live and learn.
26CornerBlitz Posted December 19, 2014 Posted December 19, 2014 Optimism building that Murray can play Sunday
Max997 Posted December 19, 2014 Posted December 19, 2014 My guess is Spray Tan plays in this game but Dallas still loses since they are not even close to the same team at home they are on the road which is crazy I would love to see them go 8-0 on the road and not make the playoffs
Big Gun Posted December 19, 2014 Posted December 19, 2014 If they play a RB with a broken hand, they are idiots. Why? Lots of guys play with casts on their arms or hands. Steve Deberg comes to mind, where he had a screw sticking out the end of his pinkey finger and played a game. Emmitt Smith played with a separated shoulder once.

Again, that doesn't make it a good idea. Having a broken hand will definitely impact a back's ability to handle and hold on to the ball. With Dallas's O-line, I guarantee they would not miss a beat if they play their second team RB. That's why NFL rosters have 53 players.
