vincec
Wonder if he is interested in becoming our new OC. Or at least an offensive assistant. It can only help.
BigdaddyinOrlando
Sounds like the owner will make another hard run at harbough. Went after him pretty hard before he went to San Francisco.
truth on hold
Wonder if he is interested in becoming our new OC. Why? We already can't complete a pass over 20 yards.
YoloinOhio
Â Why? We already can't complete a pass over 20 yards. isn't that more of a Tannehill issue
Malazan
Wonder if he is interested in becoming our new OC. Â Why? His offenses have been poor and he has offensive line issues. the same problems the Bills have had...
boyst
i really cannot believe this. philbin has done as good of a job as possible with all that has been wrong in Miami. this will set tannehill back another year in his development and i actually think he is on his way to becoming a capably successful qb in this league. Â philbin getting fired makes me think there is more to what is going on behind the scenes and in the office then what is going on with on the field. Maury Ballstein
They weren't poor in Green Bay. Â I actually like tannenhill, the Mike Wallace as a #1 move hurts them a ton.

Miami has nothing, but behind the scenes intrigue. Hickey may be a decent GM, but Aponte is manipulating things there. Philbin is gone.
Solomon Grundy
What about Marc Trestman? He might be done in Chicago. He's also considered a QB guru.

John from Riverside
Why? His offenses have been poor and he has offensive line issues. the same problems the Bills have had...  I remember hearing similar quotes about Schwartz on the defensive side  Former HC';s often make excellent OC's and DC's....because it is their work in those positions that got the HC gig

frogger
Recently I've been hoping he does get fired and comes to buffalo. With a player like Sam Bradford (if we can find a way to get him) the combination would be head and shoulders better than what we currently have. I also think he could improve EJ's chances of being a good QB.

YoloinOhio
Philbin is a very unimpressive coach. never sold on him as a HC. Good OC in GB, but had Rodgers and McCarthy. So who knows.
