Buffalo Beeeews Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 If we win this week in Oakland and all scenarios play out in our favor, coupled with New England fighting for home field the last week?
Canadian Bills Fan Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 I think there would be a good chance CBF
GunnerBill Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 I doubt it because it isn't likely to be a "win and you're in" game. So they wouldn't risk it in case by the time it kicked off the Bills were already out.
Dorkington Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Even if we win against Oakland, our chances of making the playoffs are still really slim, the NFL would have more intriguing matchups to air on SNF.
TSOL Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 I hope not. Im scarred to deeply from Bills in prime time
Best Player Available Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Well, would Leo be playing? Then please no!
CodeMonkey Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 I doubt it because it isn't likely to be a "win and you're in" game. So they wouldn't risk it in case by the time it kicked off the Bills were already out. Plus the networks are likely to think that game has a very good chance of being a boring blowout.
dhg Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Not possible because there is no SNF game that week.
TSOL Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Not possible because there is no SNF game that week. Because theyre waiting to see what the most relevent exciting match up will be
sir andrew Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Not possible because there is no SNF game that week. This. Also GB-Det and Pit-Cincy games would probably have more on the line.
PortlandiaEast Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Two NFL truths battle it out. Bills an option for primetime - always no. Pats an option for primetime - always Yes.
26CornerBlitz Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 How about the getting the win in Oakland first or it won't matter.
dave mcbride Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 The last time a Bills-Pats game got flexed Sunday night it worked out extremely well for the Bills.
TSOL Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 How about the getting the win in Oakland first or it won't matter. Yeah, im chomping at the bit to talk about NE, but this^
boyst Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Lets go West and get a victory before we worry about the Bills being on TV. Right now, we're in a good spot and control our destiny more then we don't.
Captain Hindsight Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 I would rather it not. The Bills haven't really shined in primetime lately
Captain Caveman Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 If we win this week in Oakland and all scenarios play out in our favor, coupled with New England fighting for home field the last week? If we get moved to Sunday night there's a decent chance we're eliminated before playing the game. That would suck. Also, as several have said, there is no SNF game that week. http://espn.go.com/nfl/schedule/_/week/17
eSJayDee Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 I thought I read there WILL be a game flexed in week 17. I also saw that the announcement must be made at least 12 days in advance. Further, since I believe that regardless of outcomes in week 16, Cincy & Pitt will have playoff implications, that would seem like a far more prudent candidate for switching.
8-8 Forever? Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Lets go West and get a victory before we worry about the Bills being on TV. Right now, we're in a good spot and control our destiny more then we don't. not true. even if we win out, a largely improbably series of events would need to play out for the Bills to get in. 1 in 3 chance even if we win out. If we win out, we should all be very happy. 10-6 is ridiculous considering we have no QB, no offense and a bunch of 2nd tier college coaches outside of the D.
