Rock Pile Guy Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 I wonder if the GB fans are complaining about Aaron"s slide to avoid getting crushed?
boyst Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 They're going to the playoffs and their MVP not risking his safety to help pick up a first against a non-conference opponent. I doubt they care.
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 No. Green Bay fans are not complaining about #12. As bad as hs played he made throws we don't see from any b-lo QBs since kelly. Orton was garbage again today and did just enough to let the his team win the game for him.
PromoTheRobot Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Orton's been working out with Hans & Franz. He could of hurt someone if he ran into them.
Captain Hindsight Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Rodgers has a Super Bowl ring and is having MVP season. He's allowed an off day. Once Orton has a playoff START under his belt, we can maybe give him a pass for giving the other team a free sack in a must win game
Coach Tuesday Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Does anyone enjoy watching Orton? Because I find it to he incredibly frustrating, depressing and deflating. In fact, I'm starting to hate the player.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 I wonder if the GB fans are complaining about Aaron"s slide to avoid getting crushed? Was actually thinking the same thing when he did it. But it was a smart move under the situation. I think Orton's was a bit different because he only needed 1 yard and could have easily gotten it. That said, I don't question Orton's toughness; I think it was just a brian lapse on his part.
26CornerBlitz Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Sliding after getting a huge gain for a 1st down? Is this a real question?
YoloinOhio Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Sliding after getting a huge gain for a 1st down? Is this a real question? I think he's referring to when it was 3rd down and he slid short of the 1st down

No, I don't enjoy watching Orton play, but I merely pointed out that one of the best at QB got down rather than risk injury. I do think, in Orton's case, Buffalo is looking for anything that resembles leadership at QB, and KO could have done better than slide.
Rock Pile Guy Posted December 15, 2014 Author Posted December 15, 2014 I think he's referring to when it was 3rd down and he slid short of the 1st down Yup!
26CornerBlitz Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 I think he's referring to when it was 3rd down and he slid short of the 1st down Okay. My bad. He was going to get destroyed and had zero chance of getting a 1st down on that play. He has to get down there because Bradham is always lurking!
Rock Pile Guy Posted December 15, 2014 Author Posted December 15, 2014 (edited) yes...when he still needed 5 yards...OP IS A MORON! Listen, I just brought attention to something that happened in the game, no need to start acting like you are some Mutha Superior. Edited December 15, 2014 by Rock Pile Guy
Buffalo Barbarian Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 I wonder if the GB fans are complaining about Aaron"s slide to avoid getting crushed? frickin kitty No. Green Bay fans are not complaining about #12. As bad as hs played he made throws we don't see from any b-lo QBs since kelly. Orton was garbage again today and did just enough to let the his team win the game for him. He was worse than the lowly Orton today Okay. My bad. He was going to get destroyed and had zero chance of getting a 1st down on that play. He has to get down there because Bradham is always lurking! I'm sure Orton thought the same.
FireChan Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Rodgers has probably lost the locker room.
The Voice of Truth Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 No. Green Bay fans are not complaining about #12. As bad as hs played he made throws we don't see from any b-lo QBs since kelly. Orton was garbage again today and did just enough to let the his team win the game for him. Actually they are complaining about #12. One half of my family are Packer fans and I'm seeing FB posts like, "Didn't Aaron Rodgers tell us to "relax" at the beginning of the year. He's going to eat his words!" It just shows it's all relative.
CardinalScotts Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 i took the posting as a joke...although as Kelso said this morning Orton is going to get crushed by the hug bronco DT and another Lb right there....and not gonna get the first down....early in the game why take the shot - I agree
