gonzo1105
Isn't Ryan Mallett a FA as well? I'd be intrigued just because he doesnt have a proven nor unproven track record. The only problem is the Pats would know everything about him.

BuffaloRebound
Sign Sanchez to a 1 year deal. Let him battle it out with EJ. Spend money on fixing O Line. Draft a TE in 2nd round. Ground and Pound.
thewildrabbit
The Rams have already stated that they want Bradford back, or at least Jeff Fisher does anyway. Rex Ryan still has his tattoo of his wife in a Sanchez jersey
NickelCity
If they wanted to, I think they could pry Glennon away. They'd have to like him as much as me, probably.
peanuts
Get Bradford or Josh Freeman who is cheap being on the Giants practice squad, he was a former #1 pick.
GunnerBill
Bradford or Locker for me. Both have shown flashes of good play and if they stay healthy could be upgrades.
Beef Jerky
What are the realistic names? Can we start a list? Free Agents: Mark Sanchez Brian Hoyer Matt Moore Christian Ponder (pretty gross list) Via Trade (based purely on who may be available) Matt Ryan (longshot) Jay Cutler Colin Kaepernick Kirk Cousins Who are we missing? I think there will be discussions about the Bills trading for Kaepernick and Cutler for most of the offseason. But my hunch is that they go with Hoyer or Sanchez. Hahah I see Keep and Matt Ryan on that list.
Concrete Buffalo Feet
Bradford or Locker for me. Both have shown flashes of good play and if they stay healthy could be upgrades. Same here. I've seen more of Locker and feel if healthy he can be a playoff caliber QB. Guy can fling it and is mobile.
AtlantaStampede
I know you said Matt Ryan was a "long shot" FA, but there is a zero percentage chance he finds the FA list. Falcons just signed him to a long term deal and he's the face of their franchise. Plus, I live in ATL and there hasn't been any whisper of Matt being released or traded away. He's without a doubt a top ten NFL QB. With that being said, I would love to be wrong;)
playman
for next decades 1sts and 2nds maybe even rodgers is available problem is he only got 120 mins left in him.
Jamie Nails
Bring in the Sanchise or Hoyer, draft someone in the second/third and develop the hell out of EJ this offseason. Something will rise above Orton's mediocrity. That or just do what the Jets did against Miami on MNF and run the ball 78 times a game.
Jobu
If they wanted to, I think they could pry Glennon away. They'd have to like him as much as me, probably. Mike Glennon: Lovie Smith clearly has no use for Glennon despite all the promise he's shown in 18 career starts. Smith isn't going anywhere, so perhaps Glennon will. We have to believe that some team out there will be intrigued by the aggressiveness Glennon has shown in two seasons. He's better than some starters out there and might only cost a mid-to-late round pick for the last two years of his contract. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000449237/article/qb-index-which-qbs-will-be-available-in-2015 He is undoubtedly our best bet. I would love to see this happen. Edited January 13, 2015 by Show Me The Baby
PromoTheRobot
I fully expect a FA QB and a draft QB along with EJ and maybe Tuel in camp.
seq004
I vote for Ryan Mallet or Brian Hoyer. I think Mallet hasn't started enough games to see if he'll start and Hoyer is better than EJ imo.

reddogblitz
Colt McCoy is FA as well. Maybe Rex will want to bring over Matt Simms. He's a FA as well. Why not? Seems he's doing everything he can to turn us into Jets West. Edited January 13, 2015 by reddogblitz

Led the Hawks on 4th quarter TD scoring drive. I'd love to bring him in to compete with EJ and Tuel Time.

He also knows Roman's system from his time in SF where he also had a very good preseason.
