ThrowingFitz Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 I want to see Hackett back for one more year but with a reasonable offensive line and good quarterback. Look at the game film. The play calling isn't the problem. Its execution.
Rocky Landing Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 How wild would it be to have Jim Harbough as our OC, and Jim Schwarz as our DC?

The play calling isn't the problem. Its execution. I think that is where the disagreement lies. I would say that any play designed to have Scott Chandler, Lee Smith and Marqueis Gray on the field at the same time is destined to fail. It's not Hackett's play calling nearly as much as it is his scheme and design. If you play 3 TEs everyone will stack the box to stop the run (especially when those TEs aren't down field threats).

If your QB can't hit his receivers.....
Kirby Jackson Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 If your QB can't hit his receivers..... Its a circular argument. When they spread the field in the 4th quarter the other day they sure moved the ball better.
