GG Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 because bob hayes was not an exeptional receiver but was an exceptional olympic athlete. thanks for making my point. Bob Hayes' numbers rival Biletnikoff's. Charley Taylor's surpassed Biletnikoff's. So did Paul Warfield's. So why was the award named Biletnikoff?
rumblefish Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 with this kind of logic, why not change the super bowl trophy,to the Chuck Noll, seeing his super bowl championship teams doubled Vince Lombardi's
Hazed and Amuzed Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 Really? How many? GO BILLS!!! Yeah man, sorry but I've watched every single Bills play from scrimmage this year and Sammy has dropped some passes that have hit his hands. Some of them were easy(3 in the Houston game, 1 in the browns game come to mind) and some difficult. Either way he's dropped some passes that an elite or soon to be elite WR should make. I'm not really knocking him, I'm a fan but he needs to start catching the ball better if he's going to be what we hope he is.
