I hope he's OK, and if that was the attempted hurdle with the spread legs - don't do THAT anymore. Please listen!

Let's hope it's just ECMC Docs being super-cautious. Prayers and good wishes to him.

He's OK, but they just want to make sure manziel has less options against the Colts. We need all the help we can get in this playoff push.

Didnt like that. It was a cheap shot I thought.

As far as I can remember, the "best" defenses and top defenders - the ones we continue to remember over the decades - played precisely like that. Bednarik? Butkus? LT? Deacon? All the legendary Steeler and Raiders defenses? They played to hurt you, to put you out of the game. And to get into your head for the rest of your career whenever you played them.

Wow... Same with me! My best wishes go out to him.

Last night I woke up @ 0300 with cramping pain in my stomach, and shooting pain in my lower right back. And no, it wasn't menstrual cramps. ;-P In the back of my mind I thought: Appendicitis! I endured until the family got up and left for school and work (I am back on afternoon shift starting tomorrow)... Popped a Pepcid AC and chewed some Tums thinking it was indigestion from eating before bedtime (roast beef/cheese sammy)... LoL... Woke up @ 11:30 am, no pain.. But then bam after 5 minutes it hit me again! I got nervous and went to Urgent Care... I thought my appendix was exploding... So they made me wait for about an hour in Urgent Care... LoL... Didn't they ever hear of the term "triage"... I was dying! During that hour I started feeling better. Again... Ha! I was cured in the waiting room! Take that Obamacare!

Anyway, after spending over 5 hours, getting blood, urine work, along with a CT Scan and waiting for results. The only conclusion the Doc on staff could come to was that I may have passed a small kidney stone. Oh my! They did find a little blood in my urine, but no infection... I do recall it hurt a bit to take a piss when I was in the throws of the cramping, back pain attack!

Good thing... My appendix is hanging in there like a champ! I guess everything looked good on the CT Scan. ;-)

Get better Miles! Maybe it was my trip to B-Lo too! (Last week).

Wow! Hope you're felling better. My wife had a similar experience about 6 months ago. Couldn't figure it out. Tests, tests and more tests. Two hospitals and lots of tests. The scans made it clear. They took her appendix out. It was perfectly fine. I hope you don't have hidden female issues.

As long as it's clean I'm all for hitting hard and hitting often. Big hits are game changers.

Tech is amazing, what they can see. I usually don't run to the Doc, this pain was unreal... Had me scared right from the get go. Glad they did the scan. I was reading about "chronic appendicitis." I was wondering how true that can be. Gotta be pretty rare. ?? When it came to kidney stones, they asked if it ran in my family. I said that both my brother and father @ one time had to have kidney stones removed. I can't imagine what a big one would feel like. Holy Moly!

But, thanks man! LoL... Come to think of it, they never did show me that CT Scan. Not that I could make heads or tails out of it anyway.

Damn you anyway, there is always a wise guy in the crowd. I thought I cut that off @ the pass, I guess I made it worse. ;-P ;-P

The Browns have placed Miles Austin on IR.

Better than ER.

I was really surprised when Pettine said that the injury to Barnidge was by far the most serious of their injuries. He must have forgot about Austin.

Had a similar experience while in college. Turns out there was loose fluid in my groin area leading to discomfort but I also found out I had only one kidney so thats a cool story
