I was responding that the Titans D was able to hold far better QBs to fewer TDs, so they can't be that bad... Hard to believe I and to explain that one....wow.

Fewer than 6TD's makes them not that bad?! If Hoyer can throw for 3 TD's, yes Hoyer and Fitz for 6, that's not good. But you're right, they can't be that bad. They've given up an average of 28 points a game this season and 33 points a game the last 5. But you're right, they can't be that bad.
