YoloinOhio Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Should have been a TD. Someone get a GIF of him sleeping in the endzone. KW put him in a coffin.
Fixxxer Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Carey called it a fumble. Could have gone either way, thank god it didn't cost us the game.
YoloinOhio Posted November 30, 2014 Author Posted November 30, 2014 Carey called it a fumble. Could have gone either way, thank god it didn't cost us the game. yeah I thought the tuck rule didn't exist anymore
Fixxxer Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 yeah I thought the tuck rule didn't exist anymore there was talk about taking that rule out of the rule book last off-season, it seems we will have to wait to next's off-season
frogger Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 I put an * on the score, they stole a sack, FF and td away from our defense
billsfan714 Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Horrible call, seems they wanted to spare Johnny Goofball.
YoloinOhio Posted November 30, 2014 Author Posted November 30, 2014 Mike pereira said on twitter that his arm was going fwd. I don't think so. He pulled it back in.
Storm Front Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Johnny Football (whom I really respect & think will be great) didn't know what the f to do.
chris heff Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Kyle could have killed him, choose just to shove him.
goldenboy81 Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 J football looks dead after being mauled by big kyle
GunnerBill Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Mike pereira said on twitter that his arm was going fwd. I don't think so. He pulled it back in. Definitely tucking the ball when hit. His arm was not still going forward.
NoSaint Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Carey called it a fumble. Could have gone either way, thank god it didn't cost us the game. Given our boards opinion on every other call Carey's made, I wouldn't say it's great to agree with him. Though in this case I do. I feel like while the ball was moving forward, as the contact was made he pulled it back in, perpendicular to the motion. I could be wrong, but that was my gut.
Peter Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 It clearly was a fumble and a TD. If it were not, it should have been intentional grounding.
C.Biscuit97 Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Can't wait for ESPN to talk about 24/7 for a td drive without Mario, Kyle, or Dareus on the field.
YoloinOhio Posted November 30, 2014 Author Posted November 30, 2014 Sal just said on WGR that it was a tuck and according to that rule now... That was a fumble Can't wait for ESPN to talk about 24/7 for a td drive without Mario, Kyle, or Dareus on the field. i didn't realize they weren't out there. Plus Thomas was holding Hughes on the TD.
Fadingpain Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Johnny Football's arm was going forward...until he quite clearly pulled it back and decided "better not throw it" at which point he fumbled the football. That call was simply horrible in a league routinely filled with horrible calls.
