Use the FA money to franchise Hughes. Just double Gordon. If teams can take away Sammy easily the Bills should be able to do the same to Gordon. The rest of the Browns pose little threat. He caught a couple passes in that Jets game. I was starting to think that maybe he would start to become a reliable and useful offensive weapon. I hope this injury doesn't derail that process, if it is indeed happening. He has certainly been getting more offensive snaps and targets. I don't see him being retained and the Bills need a playmaking TE. There's always the "IF He stays Healthy" tag, but if he stays healthy, he can make an impact.
