Looks great. So Chris Pratts the guy now huh. Guys blowing up.

Yep, his star(lord) is on the rise.

This movie looks bizarre. What was with Pratt on the motorcycle and the Velociraptors running with him?

He's the Raptor Whisperer.

I was surprised the hybrid dinosaur is still in this version, I thought they got rid of that idea when they rewrote it.

Meh. Looks like they moved away from the nature-cant-be-contained theme to a a simple monster movie. Forgive me if I don't quiver with excitement.

IMO worst movie ever.

Really? This might be the most surprising thing I've heard you say -- not arguing, just never heard anyone classify JP as the worst movie ever. It's usually not even in that conversation. I'm curious what made you have such a strong negative reaction to it?

Likely they were trying to escape the hybrid and didn't care about eating Pratt.

This looks like the best movie of all time.

Jk. But I do love these. Part one was gold.

Not sure about this looking like the best movie of all time, but I agree the first one was great.

Man, Judy Greer is in everything these days. That's fine by me, actually. Ron Howard's daughter looks pretty good these days, too.

I really can't get that excited by another CGI driven movie. Even harder when the male lead looks to be a guy with zero personality. But then again, I guess that formula has been successful in the newer Batman and James Bond movies.

Paraphrasing Roman Mars:

In what world does a new Jurassic Park open after all the sh-- that went down?

The history of engineering disasters can be summed up with one phrase: "But this time it's different!"

The lead, Chris Pratt, has loads of personality -- though I grant you, it's not on display in that trailer at all which was surprising. Maybe he's trying to play the straight man in this one, I'm not sure. But he's really pretty hilarious and charismatic in pretty much everything else.

And now because you made me go looking for good Pratt clips, here's some more funny ones:

I read an interview where Chris Pratt said this role was more serious and he wouldn't be comical because the character isn't like that.

Judging by the preview of the movie it seems like a more serious film and less gimmicky. It looks interesting but I'm always wary of directors who are doing their first big budget film.
