YoloinOhio Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 I was reading that he was playing at 70-80 percent since he hurt his groin. I know with all the interviews and everything this past week and a half it might have gotten lost in the shuffle so wondering if anyone heard how healthy he is? I think this will make as much or more of a difference to the offensive production as Fred's return.
Kirby Jackson Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 I am not sure but I hope. The Bills will force the ball to him tonight.

Deranged Rhino Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Until he gets a QB, no  I am not sure but I hope. The Bills will force the ball to him tonight. If Sammy doesn't have 15+ targets, there's something very, very wrong.
Buffaloed in Pa Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 I`d say no. BUT most players are now,not 100%.
YoloinOhio Posted November 24, 2014 Author Posted November 24, 2014 Goodwin inactive. Mike Williams active.
Kirby Jackson Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Goodwin inactive. Mike Williams active. Is Goodwin hurt or a healthy scratch? I never know with him.
clearwater cadet Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 We need to stop wishing for a great Qb, because only 4 or 5 team have them, and the current college game is starting to produce a lot fewer of them. Maybe we better start wishing for great skill players, or player that don't blow assignments, or make costly turnovers.
GG Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Is Goodwin hurt or a healthy scratch? I never know with him. Is this a rhetorical question?
YoloinOhio Posted November 24, 2014 Author Posted November 24, 2014 Is Goodwin hurt or a healthy scratch? I never know with him. he was listed as probable yesterday with an ankle (did he hurt his ankle playing in the snow)? Last week it was ribs. So I'm guessing he could have played and they chose MW?
SACTOBILLSFAN Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Is Goodwin hurt or a healthy scratch? I never know with him. I think you're confusing Goodwin with Williams, because Williams is the guy that Doug Marrone is trying to teach some weird lesson by making him inactive despite being our best red zone threat. But I guess since we've got a lights out red zone offense it doesn't really matter.

Kirby Jackson Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 I wasn't trying to be sarcastic. I just can't keep Goodwin's health straight. I never know if he is healthy or hurt (it's like 50/50). I appreciate those of you clearing it up for me. Thanks!!
YoloinOhio Posted November 24, 2014 Author Posted November 24, 2014 Well if they think he can return punts... Good sign @ChrisBrownBills: Robert Woods, Sammy Watkins & Fred Jackson taking PR reps in warmups. Goodwin inactive. Woods did it last week vs. Miami. #Bills

I think this will make as much or more of a difference to the offensive production as Fred's return. Really, he's only 35-40%, because we gave up two #1 picks for him...which means he's only 25% of Odell Beckham. So Sammy's a bust...cut him.
Deranged Rhino Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Is this a rhetorical question? I took it as a philosophical one.
Kirby Jackson Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 FWIW, I just found Sammy over/under 4.5 catches and 67 1/2 yards. That feels like free money to me.
Freddie's Dead Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Sammy was clearly hobbled the last two games, and you can easily tell if he's 100%. The first few Sammy catches will tell the story. Fred and Sammy all day long, Bills win. If Hackett dials up another 70-30 pass/run, we're dead meat. FWIW, I just found Sammy over/under 4.5 catches and 67 1/2 yards. That feels like free money to me. I'm taking the ovaries all day long on those lines.
Kirby Jackson Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 (edited) I'm taking the ovaries all day long on those lines. Ha ha, I thought so too so I fired away. The Bills are going to feed him all day. Edited November 24, 2014 by Kirby Jackson
