Tiberius Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 Yeah, it's called "consensus," you !@#$ing twit. Yes, which you are above idiot
....lybob Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 If anyone pushes Tom out a window remember you can use gravity is not fully understood as a defense.
Chef Jim Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 Yes, which you are above idiot So are you going to provide proof the all the scientist/researchers and 100%, absolutely, unequivocally, undeniably correct regarding global warming/climate change and that we can actually reverse it?
Tiberius Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 So are you going to provide proof the all the scientist/researchers and 100%, absolutely, unequivocally, undeniably correct regarding global warming/climate change and that we can actually reverse it? no, im going to believe them and laugh at Tom
FireChan Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 If anyone pushes Tom out a window remember you can use gravity is not fully understood as a defense. No.
DC Tom Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 no, im going to believe them and laugh at Tom "Belief" is religion. We're talking about science. And thus we return to: "You are so ill-equipped for this conversation, you aren't even equipped enough to know how ill-equipped you really are."
Tiberius Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 "Belief" is religion. We're talking about science. And thus we return to: "You are so ill-equipped for this conversation, you aren't even equipped enough to know how ill-equipped you really are." No stupid, you can believe what you want, such as evidence, theories and ideas. Are you ok?
Chef Jim Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 No stupid, you can believe what you want, such as evidence, theories and ideas. Are you ok? So explain, in detail, the evidence, theories and ideas that say climate change is in fact happening, that it is man made, and we can reverse it that has made you a believer.
DC Tom Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 No stupid, you can believe what you want, such as evidence, theories and ideas. Are you ok? Theories and ideas, you can believe whatever you want. That's religion. But you're not allowed to believe your own evidence. Evidence is either empirical, or it isn't. "Belief" doesn't enter in to it. That's the difference between science and religion.
Tiberius Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 Theories and ideas, you can believe whatever you want. That's religion. But you're not allowed to believe your own evidence. Evidence is either empirical, or it isn't. "Belief" doesn't enter in to it. That's the difference between science and religion. Remember what I said about obfuscating? Well... So explain, in detail, the evidence, theories and ideas that say climate change is in fact happening, that it is man made, and we can reverse it that has made you a believer. I believe the scientists
Chef Jim Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 I believe the scientists Why? Have you analyzed their research?
Tiberius Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 Why? Have you analyzed their research? Don't need to, I trust them.
Chef Jim Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 Don't need to, I trust them. Oh so you've met them and know them personally. I didn't know that. Well then you win.
Tiberius Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 Oh so you've met them and know them personally. I didn't know that. Well then you win. Always do!
DC Tom Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 Remember what I said about obfuscating? Well... It's not "obfuscating" merely because you don't !@#$ing understand it.
Chef Jim Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 Always do! The fact that you actually think you've won demonstrates how often you actually lose.
Azalin Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 The fact that you actually think you've won demonstrates how often you actually lose. It's like I said before - as long as he says anything, no matter how nonsensical or scatological, he thinks he's winning. It's actually pretty entertaining.
