Bocephuz Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Seems to me like the best thing to do if The Ralph isn't ready on Sunday is to move the game to Monday night.. However... if for whatever reason that isn't feasible what are the alternatives? Off the top of my head here are some choices: Toronto - Rogers Centre ( seems most likely... Argos season is over... looks like it is available) Syracuse - Carrier Dome ( Cuse is on the road this week) Cleveland - Browns Stadium - ( Cleveland is on the road this week) _____ ___________ Personally if it came down to it I'd prefer the Carrier Dome. What does everyone else think?
Captain Caveman Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 What does everyone else think? I think this probably could have been discussed in one of the other 4 threads about how the weather might impact the game.
The Real Buffalo Joe Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 -Jim Ball stadium across the street at ECC. Right by the practice facilty anyway. -First Niagara Center, use the old Buffalo Destroyers' field. -Fredonia State College, might reverse the curse.
26CornerBlitz Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Marrone vs. Rex in Madden or maybe arm wrestling.
Best Player Available Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Marrone vs. Rex in Madden or maybe arm wrestling. or maybe a foot race?
26CornerBlitz Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 or maybe a foot race? That's an "obvious" Bills' loss.
The Real Buffalo Joe Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 My buddy Jim has an empty cornfield down in Eden.
ICanSleepWhenI'mDead Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 (edited) A shortened field on an aircraft carrier deck anchored somewhere at the west end of Lake Ontario. They could even keep the obligatory shots of Niagara Falls. T.J. Graham could go long and drown. Edited November 20, 2014 by ICanSleepWhenI'mDead

PearlHowardman Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 The Dome in Syracuse is the most logical alternative. Bills fans here have been clamoring for years for the Bills in some capacity to play at the Dome. Easy commute off the New York State Thruway.

PromoTheRobot Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 UB Stadium? Only holds 30K though. FYI the Carrier Dome is hosting a Crunch hockey game so it's not available: They can't play at the Meadowlands Sunday. Giants are home. Maybe Monday. About the only realistic option is Cleveland. I seriously doubt RWS will be clear in time, even for Monday.

Suppose to be in the 40's on Saturday and mid 50's Sunday. If they have people working to clear the snow while the temp. increases they will have all major highways and the stadium clear. I'm sure some back roads will still be covered though. Edited November 20, 2014 by The Wiz
Captain Hindsight Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 We can play at my house. But my mom says you have to clean up after yourself

Saxum Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 Toronto would make the most sense. Toronto makes as much sense as any neutral stadium. Call Hawaii and check if Aloha bowl is available; at least it will be memorable for a different reason.
