Alphadawg7 Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Its come a long long way and actually has a lot of good content. Often I get stories broke there before I here it from other media outlets. Its not all great, but neither is any media source. Doesn't seem like it needs to be Taboo any longer...just my 2 cents.
zonabb Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Garbage. The entire goal of the site owners is to sell ads and increase clicks and revenue. They just chose hackish sports "reporting" as their method of moneymaking.

I concur, but it's obviously up the SDS and the Mods.
SDS Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Actually, it is against the bleacher reports policy for writers to break their own news. What they do is leech off of others reporting and then instead of driving traffic to the original sites they take the traffic for themselves. Their motto is own the story after someone else breaks it.
26CornerBlitz Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Ieatcrayonz > bleacher report They have considerably improved the caliber of writers in their stable with actual professionals.
YoloinOhio Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 What was the reason for blocking it in the first place?

SDS Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 http://deadspin.com/5948776/this-is-how-your-bleacher-report-sausage-gets-made This is the Bleacher Report.
Nick the Greek Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 I think Bleacher Report is pretty good. Change it up once in awhile. It seems like the same 3 outlets are are always used: Buffalo News, D&C, and Sub-Standard. I also can't believe that BuffaloBills.com stuff gets posted. If I wanted to read the official propaganda, I'd just go to the site.
26CornerBlitz Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 http://deadspin.com/...usage-gets-made This is the Bleacher Report. Is that still the case since their affiliation with SI?

Bangarang Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Matt Bowen writes fantastic articles for Bleacher Report. He has a way of breaking down film and explaining coverages and concepts so well. His stuff is really a great read no matter what team he's writing about.
