Sojourner Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 i just like big 10 backs, personally. And QBs. They play in all kinds of crap snow/wind/frigid temps for 3-4 years before going pro. Some of these southern and Pac10 kids get drafted having never had to play in or prepare for the elements. I understand your point and it does have some absolute validity to professional translation. But when you can put Emmit Smith, Herschel and Bo Jackson in one list, it's golden.

Sojourner Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 oh yeah, it's really just a personal preference I don't like many of the SEC backs to be honest, they do however produce gaudy numbers in college. Don't see that turning into an anomaly any time soon either. This Bell kid though. Stud!

He was not that good in HS, in fact, OSU didn't even recruit him in their own backyard. Shows how much those recruiting stars mean.

26CornerBlitz Posted November 18, 2014 Author Posted November 18, 2014 @SportsTaxMan The Rooney family purchased the Pittsburgh #Steelers in 1933 for $2,500(today's $ $44,475) The #Bills were recently sold for $1.4 Billion
26CornerBlitz Posted November 18, 2014 Author Posted November 18, 2014 (edited) Terrible red zone pick by Ben. Uncharacteristically bad decision by Ben. Wow! TEN makes them pay on the deep ball! Edited November 18, 2014 by 26CornerBlitz
Heitz Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 (edited) Terrible red zone pick by Ben. This game is strange... Also, I thought the same thing about Edwards! Edited November 18, 2014 by Heitz
Sojourner Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Well... It's not just the Bills who have horrible lapses in pass coverage at crucial times.
YoloinOhio Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 That looked like the Sammy play in the Jets game but Washington didn't get caught while celebrating. Nice TN! Keep it up.
The Frankish Reich Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Just annoys the hell out of me watching Mallet yesterday and now Mettenberger ... two guys who very easily could be starting for the Bills on Sunday at less than the cost of a Bryce Brown
26CornerBlitz Posted November 18, 2014 Author Posted November 18, 2014 Kyle Orton just overthrew that ball.
Heitz Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Can I just get 5 more points from Brown please? Yeesh...
The Frankish Reich Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 We really couldn't have used a 5th round pick for Mettenberger? I liked him then, I like him better now. Plus he just brings a little fun to football ... the smiling counterpart to Sulkin' Doug.

YoloinOhio Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 These 2 QBs are like two peas in a pod @billbarnwell: Zach Mettenberger is banned from the town of Valdosta, Georgia: http://t.co/838fAiSvJJ
