GunnerBill Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 (edited) Jauron was 7-9 three times wasn't he? And then maybe won a couple of games the next year before being fired? So that's what 22/23 wins? That must be the most. Edited November 17, 2014 by GunnerBill
QB Bills Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 Gailey beat new england, which counts as 16 wins, so he's the real leader here.
Manther Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 What Bills coach has the most wins in the 21st century? [NO GOOGLING...] Jauron
Fadingpain Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 What Bills coach has the most wins in the 21st century? [NO GOOGLING...] The answer is Dick Jauron. He coached 57 games and had a record of 24 and 33 for a .421 win percentage. So in nearly 14 years our best coach survived for 57 games and had a .421 win percentage. That level of failure/mediocrity is shocking, staggering, and pathetic. And some of you question whether or not "changes" are needed now!? Good gravy!
Bills Fan since '64 Posted November 18, 2014 Author Posted November 18, 2014 AND THE WINNER IS... Dick Jauron, who had three 7-win seasons and won 3 more in his fourth year before being fired. Sad, no? That level of failure/mediocrity is shocking, staggering, and pathetic. And some of you question whether or not "changes" are needed now!? Good gravy! And think about all of the stories of good coaching candidates who didn't even want to interview for the job. It should be obvious what it was that they knew that we didn't (or didn't want to).
