Bubba Gump Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 (edited) This team has been living in purgatory for 15 years now. Never good enough to make the playoffs and never bad enough to get that top pick, without trading your future for it. We traded up giving away next year's #1 for Sammy (whom I love), but with no one competent enough to use him the right way, and then not have someone throw him the ball accurately is a waste. So now we have another few years of trying to figure it out with most likely a new coaching staff. But in these next few years this defense is gonna slowly fade away. So I ask this. Who in their right mind will want to come here and coach with no first round pick next year and a defense that is, other than getting older, will be dismantled? This organization is a mess from top to bottom. I think the Sabres will be better before the Bills will be. Edited November 14, 2014 by Not Again
PearlHowardman Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 The loss is one thing. The bigger problem is that QB Kyle Orton could only lead the Bills to 9 points and NO touchdowns. That's 100% the fault of Orton. The BIGGEST problem is that Kyle Orton has a better chance to lead the Bills to a victory than EJ Manuel.
Bubba Gump Posted November 14, 2014 Author Posted November 14, 2014 How is that 100% the fault of Orton? Granted he isn't calling the plays, but when he is called upon he blows it. The play calling with this team is an absolute joke. Marrone is scared of his own shadow.
May Day 10 Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 its Orton, its the OC, its not having a TE worthy of the 2014 NFL, its playing against a hell of a defense.
PearlHowardman Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 On Sunday QB Kyle Orton led the Bills to 13 points. A home game. After the BYE week. Four days later he led the Bills to 9 points. It's not the coaches. It's the simple face that the Buffalo Bills have no quarterback.
