flomoe Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Ive never given 2 craps who our QB is and never will as long as the performance is there. Neither QB has performed well this season. No QBs performed well last season. CJ became a non factot when healthy. Woods has regressed. Mike Williams never plays. Chandler has disappeared. Lets call a spade a spade - regardless of the players, NH is a kid coaching against men. Hes been and continues to be out of his element. All the signs are there pointing the big fat arrow at his head for problem #1. THIS!!! These are NFL football players being taught and led by college coaches on offense! It is maddening to try and pick out which player sucks worse when the ones leading them are at fault here.
Talley56 Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Seems like we are going to two extremes here. It was a little much to crown him our savior and our future or basically as anything more than a band aid to replace a struggling young QB in a season where the playoffs were a legitimate possibility but he was not the only problem. He did not fumble the ball in the loss to KC in crucial situations. He did not give up a 3rd and 24 to a mediocre Miami offense. There were a lot of plays yesterday where pressure got to him basically right after he snapped the ball. That said yes he did miss-fire on a lot of throws and just looked really uncomfortable.

The Bills currently have a top 10 defense, and a #25 offense Think of changing the current OC to the difference that Mike Pettine - Jim Schwartz made on the defensive side vs George Edwards - Dave Wannstedt. Yea, it could be that dramatic.
xsoldier54 Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Orton is one of the problems, but by far not the only one. Once again last night, offensive personnel packages were not matched to the situation and the play calling was horrendous. Orton was bad as well and those two things combined led to a terrible offensive performance.
ALF Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 The Bills need to have a solid OL for any QB or running game to have a chance. EJ still needs a better QB coach. Stay with Orton for the rest of this season .
