Maddog69 Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 100% Whaley returns for 2015. I wouldn't put it at 100%. I think he will have a new boss (VP of Football operations who takes those duties from Russ). And I think there will be a new HC. My expectation is that the new HC will be somebody that will demand final say on the roster (a Cowher, Gruden Harbaugh or a hotshot college coach). Whalley may not want to accept a reduced position or reduced authority even if he isn't fired.
dollars 2 donuts Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 I get the sense that there is turmoil between Whaley and Marrone. I know shocking stuff. It will come down to Pegula most likely. 8-8 most likely but could go, 9-7 will keep him. The wildcard is how Hackett and how tied Marrone is to him "I know, shocking stuff." or "I know shocking stuff."
Mango Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 "I know, shocking stuff." or "I know shocking stuff." Yes
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 They are all gone. Nothing will save them.
reddogblitz Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 They are all gone. Nothing will save them. Super Bowl trophy doesn't save them them their jobs even?
GA BILLS FAN Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 How many wins does the Bills coaching staff need to keep there jobs for another year, (A) 8, (B)9 © number isn't important..... 10
3rdand12 Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 back no matter what I think its still too soon to call. Marrone stays ? sure why not Nate would be the sacrifice if the team does not look like they are improving from here on
Freddie's Dead Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Must have a winning record for the first time in a decade. 8-8 won't cut it. 9-7 gets Maroon another year.
freester Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 if we end up 7-9 both Marone and Whaley are gone.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Super Bowl trophy doesn't save them them their jobs even? Well, I didn't include that scenario since there was 0% chance of that happening. These guys are gone.
plenzmd1 Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 hes gone after tonight..specifically after the 4th and 6 punt down two scores
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 hes gone after tonight..specifically after the 4th and 6 punt down two scores How dumb was that? He was at midfield too.
26CornerBlitz Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 How dumb was that? He was at midfield too. He's a dinosaur and must be let go.
Nitro Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 (edited) Marrone is too old school in his thinking. They will have to win 5 of 6. Not going to happen. Edited November 14, 2014 by Nitro
MRM33064 Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 14 years. We have a meager chance of staying alive for the playoffs. The entire season hangs in the balance. We're down 2 scores, on the opponents 46 yard line. Late in the 4th quarter. 4th and 6. Marrone does the math and concludes: "the percentages don't favor us here." And PUNTS. It's laughable. Sad. Tragic. But laughable. This man is not solving Rubik's cubes on the plane rides home.
PolishDave Posted November 14, 2014 Posted November 14, 2014 Run the table.....lol......or else call in Red Foreman and let him put his boot up somebody's ass.....
