patfitz Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 After listening to the usual brain numbing chatter from Sunday's NFL pregame shows,I think Cosell's opinion is equally applicable today. None of these guys are Rhode scholars.
patfitz Posted November 11, 2014 Author Posted November 11, 2014 I am not sure so sure it is irony as much as eugenics gone bad. What do you think?
HopefulFuture Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 And this surprises anyone? There are some poorly educated athletes, with programs such as UNC just rubber stamping them through a college education did you actually expect in depth self thought on a subject from these guys?
Buffalo Barbarian Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 I am not sure so sure it is irony as much as eugenics gone bad. What do you think? Man you are a bitter old dude, so you want to kill stupid people?
PO'14 Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 Man you are a bitter old dude, so you want to kill stupid people? I dont..I rather have a basic test delivered at the age of 14. IF you fail its an automatic castration!
Beerball Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 I am not sure so sure it is irony as much as eugenics gone bad. What do you think? Wow, I'm not sure whether to delete this thread or leave it here so that people can read your words of wisdom. Do you suppose that eugenics has "gone bad" because castrations and sterilizations are not used freely enough?
transient Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 I am not sure so sure it is irony as much as eugenics gone bad. What do you think? Just to make sure I've got this straight, are you intimating that eugenics "gone good" could have prevented this thread? If so, I can think of at least one instance where you just might be right.
Webster Guy Posted November 11, 2014 Posted November 11, 2014 Its "Rhodes" scholar, not Rhode. you're thinking of that little NE state maybe? Anyway, to support your point, I offer you a quick clip of Cam Newton from a few weeks ago in a post game presser. He uses " lack thereof" "per se" and "genetics" all incorrectly in 20 seconds. What are they teaching these guys in college? http://youtu.be/GnNVAEUzyNc
