Dragonborn10 Posted November 9, 2014 Posted November 9, 2014 The season is over - don't bother arguing that it is not. Extend Dareus now and make him highest paid defensive player in the league. Franchise Hughes. Put Goodwin on IR. Start EJ the rest of the way. Say good-bye to CJ. Bench Pears for Richardson or Kouandjio Give Whaley one more off-season. Fire everyone else starting with Marrone. Let the new HC decide if Schwartz stays or goes.

Sojourner Posted November 9, 2014 Posted November 9, 2014 Given today's scores, we still have a chance. All that's really happened is we are still .5 a game behind the 6 seed. Pittsburgh slide from #4 to #6 and Cleveland and KC respectively bump up once each. Look at the end to the AFC playoff picture last year with Succop missing that FG to seal the game, knocking the Steelers out and letting the Chargers in. Ain't over 'til it is a 0% chance. Going to be extremely hard but there is still a chance.

Miami lost today, we play them Thursday, and KC has Seattle next week (admitted at home, but so what; that's a tough game). A win on Thursday makes things more interesting for at least a little while. Let's stay the course, for now.
RK_BillsFan Posted November 9, 2014 Posted November 9, 2014 The season will be determined by the next 3 weeks, not this week. This loss just makes life that much harder. chiefs don't exactly have the easiest schedule in the world down the stretch and if nothing else we proved that they are not that impressive of a team when we aren't handing them the win. We do however need to beat the phins and the browns and the jets to end the month. If we can go 3-1 for Nov we are very much in the race for a playoff spot.
Bookie Man Posted November 9, 2014 Posted November 9, 2014 16 years and counting =D But hey we shoulda won today, i guess.
