Matt in KC
My take, based on the same tidbits you are all seeing is: 10% Fred plays KC in a limited capacity 10% chance he plays KC and is "back to normal" 20% Fred returns to play Miami in a limited capacity 40% chance he returns to play Miami and is "back to normal" 20% chance he's hampered for longer than the Miami game

xsoldier54
Let the damned thing heal. I'm all for Freddy coming back if he's healthy, but if he's not, then just let the injury heal instead of risking further injury.
Utah John
Do the math. The AFC has a lot of decent teams this year, and 10 wins will be needed for a playoff spot. The Bills need to win the next four, plus Oakland, to get to 10 wins. Or, if they lose any of those games, beat the Pats, Broncos, or Packers. Hmmm. The KC game is not a must-win but almost is one. If the Bills lose to KC because Orton doesn't have time to throw, the season is almost over anyway. That Houston game is looming larger every week. Fred Jackson has only a couple years left, max. He wants to get to the playoffs before he retires. He will play if he possibly can. Edited November 5, 2014 by Utah John
thronethinker
It would be great if he plays, but a Groin could easily be re-injured if rushed.

Dorkington
I'd rather him heal. As much as it'd be great to have him back and healthy this week, I would hate to see him rush it and be out for the rest of the season. It's important to win this game, but it's still only one game, and in the middle of the season... even if we lose, we still have a shot to make a run. We need Fredex to make that run.
