Maury Ballstein Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Great show. You're gonna end up with the "itis" eating ribs this early in the morning. Was referring to my guy Frank Underwood. No ribs for me today.
Johnny Hammersticks Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Was referring to my guy Frank Underwood. No ribs for me today. Ahh....the Freddy's reference flew right over my head.
Wayne Cubed Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Just knocked out the first 3 episodes of house of cards. I know I'm late to the party but I'm loving it. Eating ribs at 8 am like a boss. Eh, I still haven't finished season 3... It lost its spark, IMO. I won't give anything away because the first 2 seasons are very good... But I think they could/should have ended it there.
ricojes Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 Do not waste your time with Secrets and Lies. Gave it 3 episodes, bad acting and horrible writing, it's just corny with over the top "acting"....
Talley56 Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 For anyone who doesn't watch Walking Dead I would of course highly recommend it (probably my favorite non-comedy tv series ever). Then there's Daredevil which I liked but I can't say I thought it was as great as others have made it out to be.
eball Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 Just started Daredevil last night -- watched first two episodes and I'm hooked.
/dev/null Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 I've been watching True Detective. Before a couple episodes was a commercial for a show called The Brink. Think I'll start that next
Deranged Rhino Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 I've been watching True Detective. Before a couple episodes was a commercial for a show called The Brink. Think I'll start that next I only made it through the pilot on The Brink so far, but it was pretty funny.
Jauronimo Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 I only made it through the pilot on The Brink so far, but it was pretty funny. I didn't make it through the pilot because I strongly disagree.
Deranged Rhino Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 I didn't make it through the pilot because I strongly disagree. So did the lady friend... so, maybe I'm in the minority. But I'm a sucker for Jack Black and Tim Robbins playing crazy-pants type characters.
Nervous Guy Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 Also like Poldark, set in post American Revolution England That show is my guilty pleasure...I was a bit reluctant to watch it at first, now I'm completely hooked...sadly I feel slightly less of a man for liking it.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 That show is my guilty pleasure...I was a bit reluctant to watch it at first, now I'm completely hooked...sadly I feel slightly less of a man for liking it. *insert effete snob remark here*
Nervous Guy Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 *insert effete snob remark here* That remark has become a bit of a damp squib my dear sir.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 That remark has become a bit of a damp squib my dear sir.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 just started Humans, pretty good so far but that is to be expected from AMC Fear the Walking Dead starts soon as well... another one Just started Daredevil last night -- watched first two episodes and I'm hooked. is that on Netflix?
Beef Jerky Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 True Detective, it is like American Horror Story where every season is different. So this way you only need to watch season 1.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 True Detective is an American Horror Story.
Justice Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 Can't believe nobody mentioned Power. It's on Starz. It's currently in the middle of season two. Amazing show. Shameless was mentioned a lot. It is a must. Better Call Saul.
