Just started Ozark...I'm hooked.

We just started it last night -- two episodes in. We'll stick around for the rest.

I'm with you on all of that. Punisher should be fun.

I agree too. Punisher was the best in Daredevil. I still watch that prison scene every once in a while for some good fun. He is the perfect actor for the character too.

I just realized four of my shows are all ending their seasons within a week of each other

Dark Matter, SyFy 8/25

Game of Thrones, HBO 8/27

American Ripper, History© 8/29

Killjoys, SyFy 9/1

At least Football season is about to begin

I've been absolutely flying through Curb Your Enthusiasm on amazon lately. I've probably gone through about 6 seasons in a couple weeks. I've never had HBO, so I hadn't seen a single episode up until now. It's such a great mindless time killer.

For Netflix, Ozark was really good.

The Canadian show from several years ago Intelligence is really good cop show.

Highly recommend the Aussie show Rake. I loved it. Great characters and laugh out loud funny. I use the English subtitles even though it is in English but you get used to the accents quick enough. About a boozing womanizing gambling addicted lawyer who is always screwing up and screwing everyone and every woman in sight and then wins most of his cases defending losers and murderers anyway. What's not to like? Really good lead performance by Richard Roxburgh.

Just finished Stargate SG-1. Now I'm starting Bar Rescue. Quite the difference in Taffer from the first episode to now with how much yelling he does.

Check out Stargate Atlantis too. Its not as good as SG-1 but its alright.

I watched that when it was on originally. I only watched SG-1 because I didn't get into it until about halfway through the series.

Atlantis best work was their final season after it was announced they were being cancelled. Kinda like Enterprise

Took awhile to step out of the Franchise shadow/constraints for it to develop their own reputation. Then when it starts getting good they get smacked down and cancelled

I just started watching it last night and I'm laughing my ass off at the porno dinner episode.

Curb is brilliant; not sure there's ever been a funnier show. I caught a few episodes on the plane last week including the classic Palestinian Chicken episode.

But for current stuff, I'll throw in one more pitch for You're The Worst, the funniest show I've seen since Curb. Find it on Hulu and binge before Season 4 starts next week.

Caught up with the Guest Book this morning. Really funny stuff.

We've been watching that also, along with What Would Diplo Do on Viceland. A surprise for me was Kelly likes Manhunt Unabomber on Discovery. She binged three episodes with me last night.

That's not ringing a bell. Either I haven't gotten to it yet, or I've watched through them so fast that I don't remember. I'm up to the season with the Seinfeld reunion right now.
