Netflix, it is about an old family gang who were tunnel diggers back in WWI and came home and started illegal betting. Very good show many named characters and of course Tom Hardy plays a Jewish mafia type leader.

Silicon Valley is hilarious. VEEP is giving it a run for its money this season in terms of which HBO comedy is the best, but SV is just fantastic.

I watched the first episode. It was "a bit tough" to watch, but I assume that it is due to a lack of context, i will keep watching as i have heard nothing but good things about it.

Yes, I agree. For anyone just starting it, I think season 1 was great, season 2 was tough to get through in the middle but got good at the end, and season 3 has been excellent.
