Heathcliff Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 While we are hunting heads i.e. Hackett With the lack of success with the OL why is no one calling for the Offensive Line Coach's head? http://www.buffalobills.com/team/coaches/morris_pat/ee7bdd7d-6f6d-48b1-bf3a-7265dc1f49b7 Just sayin............
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Because it is too gigantic to cut off.
vincec Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Well, it would certainly be a stretch to say that the Bills were getting the most out of this group. It's Marrone's call however. It's his butt on the line.
PeoriaAZBillsFan Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 LOL......I thought the OL coach was Marrone, being that that was his position when he played and he's supposed to be a OL guru.
Heathcliff Posted October 28, 2014 Author Posted October 28, 2014 LOL......I thought the OL coach was Marrone, being that that was his position when he played and he's supposed to be a OL guru. I think that is the general concensus here. But if true, what is Morris contributing and how is Management justifying his salary? Someone has to be accountable for every salary in a (well run) business.

Before you call for his head... 1 - Who decides what players start on the OL? 2 - Who comes up with the blocking schemes for the designed plays? Once you find that out, then you have your scapegoat for the sub-par OL play this season.

John from Riverside Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 I guess I am upset that they did not at least try to make a trade for a OG before the deadline...... We are hurtin there.....I mean when Craig Urbik comes in and you see a NOTICABLE difference? You know things are bad.

Who calls up the middle, up the middle, pass, punt? Fire THAT guy. If it's the ol coach, fire his ass too.
nucci Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 LOL......I thought the OL coach was Marrone, being that that was his position when he played and he's supposed to be a OL guru. Where did you get this from? Plus no matter how good a coach you still need good players
eball Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Just fire the whole god damned coaching staff and be done with it. And get me my paper bag for the next home game. I've never been so ashamed of a 5-3 team in my life.
Mr. WEO Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 How about that tiny trainer? He always seems to be involved in the thick of all this...

You know I've been wondering this too. First, who thought Richardson was better than Urbik? Second, who thought it was wise to put Pears at RG? Lastly, why can't they pick up stunts and twists? I know Hackett keeps calling run plays up the middle, but I'm sure he expects his guards to be able to block someone!
vincec Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 How about that tiny trainer? He always seems to be involved in the thick of all this... +1. Got to fire somebody.
Buffalo_Stampede Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Richardson, Henderson and Pears IMO was a Marrone move. Marrone needs to make 1 more move, get Hairston on the field.
Kelly the Dog Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 How about that tiny trainer? He always seems to be involved in the thick of all this... Did you ever notice that the dude is always looking up to people? Like he has a self-esteem problem? I don't think that is a good impression to leave with the players. They should fire his close to the ground ass.
LeGOATski Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 How about that tiny trainer? He always seems to be involved in the thick of all this... He's bringing the whole team down.
