xsoldier54 Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 I know a lot of people jumped on Bradham that day but Im not one of them.....the guy did what we need to do to win a game against the jets....be more physical then they are...... Nigel has really turned the corner as a NFL player Yes he has turned the corner indeed. He took four stupid penalties and completely whiffed because he took the wrong angle on two separate occasions leading to long runs when he could've stopped the ball carrier in the backfield. I was yelling for them to get him off the field on Sunday.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 In the game thread, I said it was probably for congratulating a teammate. The problem with the taunting penalties is that 9 out of 10 times the refs screw them up, since they don't see everything in context. How about we just let guys taunt each other? Who cares?

Mr. WEO Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 No, it was for singing "who let the dogs out" in Vick's direction. And Vick's "taunting" penalty was for spiking the ball in front of the Bills' bench. Guess Bradham will not be known as "the Dog Catcher"...
jr1 Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 they want to make the sport "civilized" while the guys are getting CTE

Very ticky-tack, and unfortunate. I'm hardly going to harp on him for that. As for the other two penalties, and a couple of poor angles? It happens all the time. If you really wanted Bradham off the field... well... I can only guess you're posting with an adgenda. Perhaps you are Rivers' mom?

Deranged Rhino Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Looked like he got his hand on the facemask and pulled. I'd have to look again, but to me it looked like he was going for the ball, trying to tip it at least but just missed.
John from Riverside Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 The players need to adjust to what is being called.....sad but that is just the truth
Rocky Landing Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 I'd have to look again, but to me it looked like he was going for the ball, trying to tip it at least but just missed. That's how I remember it. But I'm irrationally biased, and often wrong about many, many things.
Doc Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Just watched it again and he definitely gets his hand on the facemask and twists, so that's a legit penalty. As for the roughing the passer earlier, it look like he was trying to block the pass by Vicl, and ended up hitting him in the head on the follow through. You can't touch quarterback in the head so it's a penalty technically, but it was pretty cheap.
White Linen Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Tom cares, that's who. Not fair, he has allergies.
Hammered a Lot Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 it was a make up call for Vick's penalty probably. very mysterious how they won't show it Yes very mysterious...
ExiledInIllinois Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Hey, blame Bruce Smith and Mark Gastineau for the start of all this. "Hey Elizabeth! I'm coming to join you honey!"
bowery4 Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Hey, blame Bruce Smith and Mark Gastineau for the start of all this. "Hey Elizabeth! I'm coming to join you honey!" Then technically shouldn't we be blaming Redd Foxx?
What a Tuel Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Can't allow bullying in this over politically correct society. Everyone's a winner in the NFL!

Nigel has really turned the corner as a NFL player not if he's averaging 2 stupid penalties a game. its immature and undisciplined.
