Luap22 Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Ej Manual will surprise fans when he has the chance. Watching Smith struggle should be a sign of how hard it is to be inexperienced with veterans all around you. Ej has won games but lacks experience and confidence. Coaches fear injury so his mobility is restricted. He will be fine, either this year or next. Operating behind our offensive line is difficult. Ej will be fine either here or elsewhere. He will surprise.
reddogblitz Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Colt looked like he learned a lot on the bench.
Sumin Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Why trade for Colt McCoy when Skelton is available on the market? Skelton= championship!!!!!1!!1!!1!!
Hplarrm Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Perhaps that bodes well for EJs future possibilities as he will be learning from the bench until Ortan suffers too many hits behind our young OL.

Rat-boy Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 IN!!! No he wont, he is the same as was in college and not amount of time will improve his accuracy. It's late on the west coast, so cue the 900 more posts on how EJ sucks, Hackett sucks, Matrone sucks, to this thread by 9am EST (yawn).
Dorkington Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 I don't trust this offensive coaching staff, nor this line, to help in the development of any young QB.
Canadian Bills Fan Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 I dont think EJ is enough. Better make it Mario CBF
26CornerBlitz Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Colt McCoy should say TY ten times over to Jim Haslett who designed a great defensive gameplan to thwart Dallas all night long. McCoy and Cousins both suck.
hondo in seattle Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 I was panicked about our QB situation this preseason. EJ didn't look ready. And we didn't have anyone else worth mentioning. Going back in time a little farther, I was hoping we'd draft another QB this year. I'll admit I'm feeling pretty good now with Orton as the starter and EJ as the developmental project.
Maury Ballstein Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Let the colt run wild Solid performance solid qb. Not sure why everyone doubts him so hard. Pennington like scrapper
jr1 Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 EJ's "stock" is $4.90 on fantex. The future's so bright, I gotta wear shades
bobblehead Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Idk if Skelton is doable. There's no one to trade Mario to for him.
ALLEN1QB Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Takes 2 to tango why would the Redskins do it?
