truth on hold Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 Lol ... what a dope. This won't sit well with beavis' ego The Boston Globe's Ben Volin reported Wednesday that Bill Belichick sent Revis home yesterday without allowing him to participate in practice after Revis showed up late on Tuesday for a 7:30 am meeting, according to three sources. When asked by reporters following Wednesday's practice why he missed Tuesday, Revis replied it was, "Between me and coach. Talk to him about it." http://www.bostonglobe.com/sports/2014/10/22/revisweb/lh25CfWBqzP53XcVhJXAzL/story.html
Solomon Grundy Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 Patriots without Chandler Jones for a month. If the Bills want the AFC East, now is the time.
ExiledInIllinois Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 Hey... What's wrong with that. Gotta get there eafly so everybody is on the same cheating page. Do you want the cover to be blown this?

FireChan Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 Hey... What's wrong with that. Gotta get there eafly so everybody is on the same cheating page. Do you want the cover to be blown this? Nah. They had a "surprise" PED test. Revis was sent home coincidentally right before.
aristocrat Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 I'd still take him in the off season to shore up our secondary. We'd have to renegotiate some deals but our def would be sick.
Bill Brasky Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 Patriots without Chandler Jones for a month. If the Bills want the AFC East, now is the time. Seriously? Try worrying about the Jets first
YoloinOhio Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 Seriously? Try worrying about the Jets first why do you hang out on the Bills board on weeks they don't play the Pats*?
boyst Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 And by morning no one will care. Hell by now Revis is at home watching South Park, playing candy crush and not giving two ***** about it. He doesn't need practice. Of all the positions on defense CB is the position that needs only show up on game day. Seriously? Try worrying about the Jets first Agree. We play them this week. And then play them again before we will face the Pats.
simpleman Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 I doubt Revis needs much coaching, if he sees film on the player he is covering that week I think he has all the practice he needs. What are the coaches going to teach him?
Mr. WEO Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 I'm sure going back to bed and covering himself with all that money he stole from his current and past 2 teams took away the sting of being forced not to practice in the middle of the week....
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 show up late get a day off of practice .... nice
Cleveland Rocks? Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 He has the Marshall and Jeffrey Show this week though... Belichik can't be amused by the lack of focus. He should be putting in more time, not less.
rsherman12 Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 Serves him right. He had from Thursday night all the way through Monday off.
BillsVet Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 Good thing he doesn't play for the Bills...then Marrone would make him inactive and then whine when reporters ask why.
starrymessenger Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 Isn't that what got Spikes in the doghouse. Was 5minutes late in a driving snowstorm. Bill is nothing if not consistent.
YoloinOhio Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 Deadspin @Deadspin 4m4 minutes ago Bill Belichick is not going to talk about Darrelle Revis: http://deadsp.in/a1fgrzn
All_Pro_Bills Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 Coach Bill gets to make an 'example' out of a good player at absolutely no cost. Revis gets an extra days rest and the coach comes off as cutting no slack for anybody, even the big money players. This week they play the Bears, a team with an offense where the wheels are coming off and Revis will likely match-up with Marshall and follow him around the field all day. So what's there to practice anyway?

Thurmal34 Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 (edited) Seriously? Try worrying about the Jets first Why would a fan of any team 'worry' about an opponent? If my team wins, yay, and if they lose, bummer. But I certainly won't be 'worrying' about any of their tilts. Let me guess, you are from Saugus, no wait, Braintree.
