Looking back at the final drive when we throw the first down to sammy over the middle and have one time out left. I wonder why we don't leave our TO for if we get closer to the end zone. We had a nice first down and could spike the ball. Then of course the grounding call and after that the hogan grab but he was down at about 27 secs and we didn't spike until 5 secs. If we save our to we have several shots at the end zone with 27 seconds to go although i imagine we probably would have been down in the 15 seconds to go with the time it would have taken to get the ball spiked.

Hogan: "Absolutely" the Best Catch of His Career

Bills wide receiver Chris Hogan joins The John Murphy Show to share his thoughts on the team's game winning drive against the Vikings, his incredible catch on that drive, and his thoughts moving forward.

What Brown & Dixon learned from Fred & C.J.

Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller are both out indefinitely after suffering injuries Sunday, but since Bryce Brown and Boobie Dixon were added to Buffalo’s roster in the offseason, the team’s top two backs made sure to help their two backups learn the offense and handle any and all assignments. Now all of the time they invested in Dixon and Brown needs to pay off. Both Brown and Dixon feel they’re ready due in large part to the efforts of Jackson and Spiller.

@buffalobills

RB C.J. Spiller (clavicle) had surgery. No further update on his condition. "We'll wait and see what the doctor says," per Doug Marrone.

Doug Marrone: "We have a little bit of a feel" for what @Boobie24Dixon and @BryceBrown_34 offer, from games and practice, respectively.

Doug Marrone: #Bills may look to add another RB to the Practice Squad.

Doug Marrone: WR Chris Hogan "is getting better and better each week" & made key catch on #Bills game-winning drive.

Marrone: "There are some things the we need to get better at ... We have to be better at communicating in the huddle and post-huddle"

Uncharacteristic number of missed tackles by #Bills D yesterday. Marrone: "That's a lot of (extra) yardage"

Marrone on offensive line: "It's the consistency that gets you frustrated." Up-and-down play causing concern.

@ChrisBrownBills

Marrone said they'd "probably" bring another RB on board in the wake of injuries to Jackson and Spiller. #Bills

Doug Marrone confirmed that C.J. Spiller had surgery today on his clavicle. Will not put a timetable on Jackson's groin injury. #Bills

Dareus: Craziest game I’ve ever been a part of

Bills DT Marcell Dareus had another solid outing Sunday with a two-sack performance in the win over Minnesota. Just like the fans however, Dareus watched from the sideline as the Bills offense tried to put together an 80-yard touchdown drive to win the game. It was every bit as nerve wracking for him as it was for the 73-thousand plus watching behind him.

McKelvin earns defensive game ball

Bills CB Leodis McKelvin had a pair of interceptions in Sunday’s win and did it on back-to-back plays. One of his interceptions led to a touchdown. His performance earned him some national recognition from ESPN writer John Clayton.

Sammy’s bro hug

While everyone reveled in Sammy Watkins’ game-winning touchdown Sunday to help lift Buffalo to a fortunate 17-16 victory over Minnesota, everyone forgot all about Watkins’ first touchdown in the game, and what he did after it.

Chris Brown: Vikings at Bills Game Recap

Chris Brown sits down on The John Murphy Show to breakdown Sunday's win over the Vikings, update the running back situation, and a look ahead to next week's game at New York.

Sal Maiorana: Kyle Orton's drive is one for the ages

The Bills will take their victories any way they can get them, so no matter how many warts and scars were visible on their 17-16 narrow escape against Minnesota on Sunday, they don't really care.

At first glance it was ugly, and Upon Further Review, it's just as ugly, but the bottom line is the Bills are 4-3 as they head to New York for a key AFC East game against a 1-6 Jets team that always gives Buffalo trouble. That's much better than going there at 3-4 and in desperation mode.

Bombs away Sammy. Do ya thing, cuz!

Actually, he didn't launch the winning TD football into the stands. He threw it up into the air and later had someone on the field retrieve it for him paraphrasing what he said during the 98.5 KiISS interview on Monday.
