Deranged Rhino
You're going to have to stop it with the trepidation and equivocation. We need to know your true feelings. The board's filters prevent such honesty. Which, considering Erik's size and temper, is probably a blessing for me. NoSaint
@PFF_Pete Baffling. #Bills RT @BrianKSmith81 Can someone explain why Urbik is not seeing field? Worst 2 guards in league, Urbik top 25 for 3 yrs another head scratcher, of course.

"He is great because he can play any position as a starter, but we think he is better if we have him wait. And I really do not care if how he has played in the past"
Buffaloed in Pa
The Urbik thing has been bothering me also. Urbik and Williams ,old pro`s who probably don`t like boy toy Hacketts offense. This is what is probably the problem. Probably voiced an opinion on the golden child.

Uncle Monkeyhead
Isn't Kouandjio the guy Marrone referred to as "Venus de Milo?" That was the o-line coach that said that

eball
So it seems as though "trying too hard" is what holds our players back. EJ tells us he just needs to "let 'er rip" and Kujo says "I just wanna have fun." Forget practice -- get these guys to Darien Lake for a couple of days, STAT! TallskiWallski83
Im pretty sure us fans have been clamoring for this since we read about the struggles at guard during training camp. Why did it take them so long to give this a consideration???!?!?!! UGHHH IT NEVER ENDS WITH THIS FRANCHISE.

Forget practice -- get these guys to Darien Lake for a couple of days, STAT! jokes aside - it may be a legit issue if guys are so afraid to make mistakes that they arent just going out and playing football. its possible that on the offensive side coaches are trying too hard to force guys into players they arent and in the process giving up talent for system (and the confusing part of that being that im not even sure what the system is at this point).
