You're on your own Marcell.

That was funny when Terry told him that.

And once again, I refuse to add a caption for Kim's hand gesticulation.

GO BILLS!!!

was i the only one who thought it odd that kim wasn't on the stage today? i sorta expected it considering she was always described in the lead up (and by terry in the presser) as a co-owner. would have been nice to finally hear from her.

Bucky would have written that she was meddling.

Just a "co-owner" in case it becomes a problem for him to run TWO teams.

I honestly don't know how someone could be a true Buffalo Bills fan and not hate the Dolphins, really, really dislike the Jets, and absolutely detest the Patriots. The Jets really haven't ever been the threat of the other two teams, and have been a mostly a joke for a long time.

From what I heard he was a Detroit Lions fan, and his children still are.

He may be but his wife is true blue WNY. As for Detroit, Deluca may also be referring to the fact that he covets the success of the Red Wings and wants that to be the model for the Sabres. He is a hockey guy first and foremost. I think the Kraft references are along a similar vein. If you to be the best that is a good model to follow.

Like they said, they dont even know what her role is going to be. Most likely, it was done 50/50 because she is so much younger, to avoid the hassle of what happens to the team if/when Terry passes (far, far into the future).

I don't know this but my impression is that she is uncomfortable in the public spotlight, and talking in that situation. I know several people, who are very comfortable in meetings and in pressure situations but completely uncomfortable in front of cameras or large groups. She probably just doesn't like it.

For his part, Terry said at least once, that she was "part" owner instead of co-owner as in 50%, as well as said it was a private matter what that percentage was. I'm thinking, but do not know, that if it were 50-50 he would have said that.

At least once he said "part owner" not "co-owner." It could have been nothing but I didn't think so.

Also he has said several times "I" bought the team, or "my" team, which makes me believe it is not 50-50.

I get the impression that Kim is the real power of the two, and she didn't want to upstage her husband. I also gotta think they she is the one the FO needs to worry about. Edited by FeartheLosing

Because she's so aggressive with her hands?

I got a different impression as Terry stated his wife would be sitting in with him at owners meetings. Not sure how often that happens with other owners, I'm thinking not often, if never.

The ownership is for estate planning reasons. Marital property with right of survivorship passes to the spouse without estate tax penalty. Kim was a PR specialist, she is very comfortable in most situations and from friends that worked with her she is very, very bright. The Dragon Lady is one to reckon with. Edited by 3putt
