For all the Bills fans in North Houston.

If the Bills Backers Bar in mid town is too far I have found a great place to go. Racks Sports bar on 17100 Kuykendahl Rd, Houston, TX 77068 is owned by a Lockport native who loves the Bills. They have Beef on Weck , half price wings and $2.00 domestic drafts on Sundays. They have plenty of TV's and will put sound on the Bills games for us.

I will be there this Sunday with a few of my Bills buddies to watch the BIlls take a commanding lead in the AFC East by trouncing the Patsies. Would be great to see a bunch of Bills Fans supporting a hometown boy from Western NY.

It's a great place to watch Bills Games with out having to drive downtown. I don't understand why Dallas has 3 Bills Backer bars and a city the size of Houston only has one. Hope to see you at Racks this Sunday bring a crowd and make some noise.

2 things for this thread.

If you're JTinNC are you actually in NC or Houston? There are quite a few of us posters from NC around here and there are a lot of Bills bars in the state.

2nd thing is that for those in North Houston I feel bad for you.

I have been lurking here for quite along time. When I started posting I lived in North Carolina but have been living in Houston for the past seven years.

I don't post much as you can see.

North Houston is not bad.

Its no Pinehurst but its nice.

Spring's a nice area. I wasn't to big into Texas but I did discover Shiner while there! I lived there for a few years while I was still in the Army as a recruiter.

not to get off topic but I was in Houston once for work, client i was visiting recommended staying at the Holiday Inn near the Toyota center...when i got there they asked how the hotel was then said wouldnt recommend walking around outside...so why recommend that hotel then? I get back to the hotel that night and of course, the cops are there but not for any issue, they actually just patrol there

went to a BBQ place called Otto's i think, great food and was told Bush Sr eats there a lot. I didnt see him but i did see Jimmy carter in the houston airport get rushed through to a private room...thought place was being evacuated with way they brought him through

the Interstate/highway system there is awesome, just keep building up

Good turn out Sunday at Rack's even though Bills were on local station. Great Beef on Weck good wings and good friends.

Owner says he will be ordering Labatts.

Hope to soon be a Bills Backers Bar.

Look forward to next week hope to see many new faces.

Houston just lost one of it's few ice rinks. Turned into a car dealership. Booooo.

Yeah - closed down the beer leagues and next closest place is on the west side of the beltway.
