dpberr Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 If you wanted to buzz up a good conspiracy it'd be the NFL telling the Bills to give EJ the opportunity to fail....until the ownership issue was resolved. When he does, take him out and put Orton in there to ride the team to the playoffs. Feel good story about being in the playoffs for the first time since 2000. The new owner in the NFL fraternity rides into town on a white horse, giving him leverage on the county and state for a new stadium. "Are you not impressed? Are you not entertained? I'm the new owner for 3/4 of a season and I've already made a winner."
Captain Hindsight Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 I apologize for the multiple posts. I had a PC problem. I am serious and why is it so far fetched? Obviously taking the training wheels off for that game showed EJ is not ready yet. Orton may give them the best chance right now and they had to get him on the field somehow. Because too much is at stake in each game. If the coaches wanted to take EJ out they could pull him at any time as they could with any player. Personally I think EJ got a quick hook regardless of his play last week. i was shocked monday

Most of the people with PC problems around here end up in PPP.
BringBackFergy Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 Hackett and Marrone literally put the Texans game in EJ's hand. They deliberately abandoned the run and relied on the passing game knowing the real EJ would be exposed. This made benching EJ much easier and is what is getting Orton on the field this week. Brilliant I say! I was thinking the same thing *WIWSOTSBTMDPOTFSIFTSAT* (While I was sitting on the shiitter but then my dog peed on the floor so I forgot to start a thread)
Best Player Available Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 There should be a monetary fine for starting silliness like this
Rob's House Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 (edited) Marrone literally threw EJ to the wolves. It shows he's in good shape because EJ is heavy. Edited October 3, 2014 by Rob's House
Deranged Rhino Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 Marrone literally threw EJ to the wolves. It shows he's in good shape because EJ is heavy. He ain't heavy, he's my brother.
PS 56 Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 I tell you I know what I saw. There was a guy on the grassy knoll. It was the same guy I saw making explosive charges for the World Trade Ctr.
Augie Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 Can a football game LITERALLY be put into one's hands. Remember, EJ has REALLY BIG hands.
bmur66 Posted October 3, 2014 Author Posted October 3, 2014 I don't need this abuse. I'm going to get a fish fry.
BringBackFergy Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 I don't need this abuse. I'm going to get a fish fry. "Getting a Fishfry"...is that like a "Reverse Donkey Punch" or "Dirty Sanchez"? "Getting a Fishfry" has to mean something...we're talking code words and theories right?
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 Can a football game LITERALLY be put into one's hands. Add the misuse/overuse of that word to my growing list of pet peeves. I bought my wife this t-shirt: http://www.snorgtees.com/misuse-of-literally-makes-me-figuratively-insane
26CornerBlitz Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 Yeah, NFL coaches are going to sabotage a winnable game with their careers already on the line with new ownership. I'm sure that's the case.
