PromoTheRobot Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 Curious....who did you let go to claim Orton and who are you benching??? This I gotta know Tom Brady, the bum. My other QB is Brees.
Tyrod's Tailor Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 Tom Brady, the bum. My other QB is Brees. Brees is facing TB in the dome. Bold call. I hope you're right.
PromoTheRobot Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 Brees is facing TB in the dome. Bold call. I hope you're right. I don't take it very seriously and the odds are it will blow up in my face. But I'm betting Orton will "unleash the kraken" on the passing game. I'm hoping DET will crowd the line and Orton will respond by airing it out.
I'm Spartacus Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 That was the creepiest part of that movie (IMO)..my daughter loves to watch "Monk" and I can't look at Capt. Stoddlemyer the same ever again. "I'd f---me.....I'd so f-me!!!

Well you might lose in points, but you win in the Balls Dept
K-9 Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 It's nice to see Preston Brown get some recognition. >>Despite Alonso’s absence, third-round rookie Preston Brown has been a very bright spot, logging plenty of snaps and leading the Bills in tackles (40). Depending on whether the team decides to re-sign linebacker Brandon Spikes after his one-year, $3 million deal ends following this season, Brown will likely play the strong side and Alonso the weak side. Also, Colin Coherd just picked us to win with the +7 spread in part of his Blazin 5 picks. I'm glad Brown is getting snaps and valuable experience. But he is a liability in pass coverage and we can look for teams to continue to exploit that until he can show he's capable. He and Spikes together are NOT what we want to see defending the pass in this league. GO BILLS!!!
Captain Hindsight Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 (edited) The Bills roster is very good. Need solid play out of one position. If Sanborn performs, we have a really good shot Edited October 3, 2014 by Captain Hindsight
BuffOrange Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 Grantland article has a number of factual errors in it (Rob Jihnson, Leodis McKelvin's injury that kept him out to start the regular season etc.) Johnsin is obviously just a typo, I think, since nobody's spelled like that. Mays is pretty good, does a lot of research. He was on the Cowboys OL in the preseason before everyone jumped on the bandwagon after Sunday night. Curious....who did you let go to claim Orton and who are you benching??? This I gotta know I put in Woods over Greg Jennings when I heard Bridgewater wasn't playing, which so far looks smart... I think the lesson is to avoid FSU QB's.

I'm very worried about Bush out of the backfield against Brown in this game, especially with the injuries to Bell, Megatron and Tate.
Deranged Rhino Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 I'm very worried about Bush out of the backfield against Brown in this game, especially with the injuries to Bell, Megatron and Tate. If they don't put a DB on Bush, I'll be very disappointed in Schwartz.
Kelly the Dog Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 If they don't put a DB on Bush, I'll be very disappointed in Schwartz. True, but a lot of plays you just can't depending on the package, formation, down and distance, etc.
YoloinOhio Posted October 3, 2014 Author Posted October 3, 2014 I'm very worried about Bush out of the backfield against Brown in this game, especially with the injuries to Bell, Megatron and Tate. I think they could play him similar to Forte, when they were also missing Bradham. Forte was not shut down, and they will need to do a better job on screens.

He's settled down quite a bit but Bush has that speed.

Kelly the Dog Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 http://www.nfl.com/v...orkout-on-NFLTA Quick! Get on the horn to all your Bills sources! If he tries any of those Fre Flo Doh! moves on Brown, we're doomed!
K-9 Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 Brown was having trouble with Bennett and Forte in that game, although it was his first. He's settled down quite a bit but Bush has that speed. He was getting schooled by TEs as well. Schwartz needs to compensate for that. GO BILLS!!!

Kelly the Dog Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 He was getting schooled by TEs as well. Schwartz needs to compensate for that. GO BILLS!!! Hence the mention of "Bennett." Ebron seems just as green as Brown. But you're right. Schwartz needs to compensate. He's a smart guy though, that Schwartz.
