They are picks, and if you do what Allen does, it is illegal. If the refs don't call these, NFL DBs are helpless. Well maybe not helpless. if theplayer to be picked recognizes it early enough the defensive player is supposed avoid the pick and go over the top. But the trick is how the Pickee handles the play. He has to help his guy out and drive the player picking under.And without a foul.
