I'll be the first to admit that EJ was shaky against the Chargers. After watching the All 22 footage ... my perception of him being too conservative was actually changed quite a bit. I think he was actually trying to go deep quite a bit ( at least in the first 3 quarters) and he had his moments when he was aggressive. See shots below
