J-Bo Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Looked like he had their line well coached and ours misses him. Never understood why the Bills ended him!
YoloinOhio Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Looked like he had their line well coached and ours misses him. Never understood why the Bills ended him! new HC = new staff
Peter Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Joe D. was one guy I wish Doug Marrone had taken the time to interview. He did a lot with less while with the Bills.
GG Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 I read that our coach was a OL guru. Why keep a guy from a previous regime?
FluffHead Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Chas Reingold makes any coach look good.
BuffaloBillsForever Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Looked like he had their line well coached and ours misses him. Never understood why the Bills ended him! One of the smartest positional coaches in National Football League. He has done a brilliant job in SD and one of the reason Rivers has stepped up his game to MVP calibre play over the last year.
Charles Romes Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 If you can make King Dunlap look like Orlando Pace you should be coach of the year
Best Player Available Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 (edited) I read that our coach was a OL guru. Why keep a guy from a previous regime? I read that too. problem is I don't see it particularly at the guard positions. Edited September 23, 2014 by Best Player Available
Saint Doug Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 I read that our coach was a OL guru. Why keep a guy from a previous regime? Yep. Can't keep a guy around that could potentially show you up.
BuffaloBillsForever Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Yep. Can't keep a guy around that could potentially show you up. Isn't that what happened with the WR coach Hilliard last year?
Big Turk Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Looked like he had their line well coached and ours misses him. Never understood why the Bills ended him! Yes, that 2 yards a carry rushing average they had was really impressive... Also, Rivers threw backing away off his back foot quite a bit yesterday as the pocket was being pushed into him by Williams and Dareus. A lesser QB would have either taken about 3 more sacks or have had those passes picked off...very few QB's have the arm strength and accuracy to throw perfect passes downfield off their back foot while backing away lie Rivers did..

Agreed re rivers; it was amazing how he got some of those balls off. Rivers makes that line look better than it is.
klos63 Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Yep. Can't keep a guy around that could potentially show you up. Seriously? How would that happen? By doing the job he was hired to do, well? Is he showing up McCoy in San Diego?
GG Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Yep. Can't keep a guy around that could potentially show you up. I hear that some Saints have notoriously thin skins. Is that true?
Saint Doug Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Seriously? How would that happen? By doing the job he was hired to do, well? Is he showing up McCoy in San Diego? McCoy was never an OL coach and likely would never admit he knows more about OL coaching than D'Alessandris. I hear that some Saints have notoriously thin skins. Is that true? You also read our HC is an OL guru and that doesn't look to be the truth.
