Dorkington Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Really getting sick of all threads turning into EJ debate.
mannc Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 (edited) I agree. He's shown more then EJ has, IMO. And his receivers drop a lot of balls. They might be the worst receiving unit in the NFL. Edited September 23, 2014 by mannc
Bangarang Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 It's tough watching QBs throw with velocity and then watch EJ throw floaters.
BuffaloBaumer Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Come on Bears, close it out with one more int
26CornerBlitz Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Really getting sick of all threads turning into EJ debate. It was relatively quiet for a couple of weeks, but after every loss........
PromoTheRobot Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Funny how people like a turnover machine like Geno Smith when he plays for another team.
Deranged Rhino Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Funny how people like a turnover machine like Geno Smith when he plays for another team. Personally, I LOVE turnover machines playing for other teams. Preferably divisional foes.
BringBackFergy Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Come on Bears, close it out with one more int Agreed. I just won my fantasy game. Now I want a Jets loss.

The Frankish Reich Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Watching this game... the primary differences I see between Geno and EJ are (1) Geno plays with more confidence and doesn't seem as afraid to take a hit and (2) he has more velocity on his throws. Granted, he's more reckless with the ball but the Jets always seem to be in the game despite his turnovers. And he's proving your point again right now. It may be reckless, but it's also a helluva lot more fun than watching EJ checkdown for a 2 yard gain or run out of bounds 3 yards short of the 1st down marker.

Dorkington Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Surprised that wasn't called PI in the moment, slowmo replay shows he turned his head last second though...
The Frankish Reich Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Even if we win? Yes, because objectively it is better entertainment. I'd rather see us win boring than lose exciting, but if you're gonna lose, you might as well go down swinging
DirtDart Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 (edited) And we are still in 1st place. Geno went 26/43, 316 yds, 1 TD/2 INTs. Edited September 23, 2014 by DirtDart
