mannc
I agree. He's shown more then EJ has, IMO. And his receivers drop a lot of balls. They might be the worst receiving unit in the NFL. Edited September 23, 2014 by mannc
Bangarang
It's tough watching QBs throw with velocity and then watch EJ throw floaters.

PromoTheRobot
Funny how people like a turnover machine like Geno Smith when he plays for another team.

The Frankish Reich
Watching this game... the primary differences I see between Geno and EJ are (1) Geno plays with more confidence and doesn't seem as afraid to take a hit and (2) he has more velocity on his throws. Granted, he's more reckless with the ball but the Jets always seem to be in the game despite his turnovers. And he's proving your point again right now. It may be reckless, but it's also a helluva lot more fun than watching EJ checkdown for a 2 yard gain or run out of bounds 3 yards short of the 1st down marker. The Frankish Reich
Even if we win? Yes, because objectively it is better entertainment. I'd rather see us win boring than lose exciting, but if you're gonna lose, you might as well go down swinging
DirtDart
And we are still in 1st place. Geno went 26/43, 316 yds, 1 TD/2 INTs. Edited September 23, 2014 by DirtDart
