boyst Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 While I have absolutely no clue who he is: RIP ya little bastard! Let me introduce you...\ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=829P6BGX6Qg Eric was a severely handicap, club !@#$ing footed, midget with an IQ of 90. He was probably less then that. He was obsessed with American Idol and WWE, so much so he would send flowers to the women of the shows. He was on SSI, though, and had a caretaker named Jon (pronounced Yon) that up until last week was going to stop taking care of him so he could go back to his parents. Eric was extremely annoying and even more grumpy as a character of the show. Some say it was who he was in real life others say it was just his character. It is hard to say, but he could drive you crazy with how stupid he would be and make you laugh with becoming even more stupid. Much like any of the wack packers, Eric was special to the show and probably one of the best wack packers of all time.

I haven't found Howard funny in many many years and this didn't seem to add anything. I suppose it might get better, but I have no reason to continue to listen. I also have no idea what a "whack packer" is, but I have to assume it is Stern's take on the Rat Pack. All in all a very unfortunate story.

BuffaloBill Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 So are you saying that you haven't heard Howard Stern in years but love to comment about him on message boards? No...
Helpmenow Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Hank the angry dwarf and Kenneth Keith gone from the show
The Poojer Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Ack ack! I'm club f***ing footed your moron!
Beerball Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 So are you saying that you haven't heard Howard Stern in years but love to comment about him on message boards? ...to be honest he hasn't been relevant in years...
PromoTheRobot Posted September 22, 2014 Author Posted September 22, 2014 You can look at the Whack Pack like Stern's circus sideshow freaks, which is kind of true, but the Whack Packers also become celebrities and become known as real people too. Let's face it, no one would pay any attention to these folks if not for Stern. Eric only became Eric the Actor because of Stern.
Helpmenow Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 (edited) Howard is still funny as hell. Don't listen non stern fans Elephant boy and Crackhead bob those were always good laughs Edited September 22, 2014 by Helpmenow
The Dean Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 So are you saying that you haven't heard Howard Stern in years but love to comment about him on message boards? I listened to to him for years, and stopped when he stopped making me laugh. I no longer listen to him by choice, but do sometimes come across his bits on the Internet, TV , etc. I rarely comment about him on message boards. But when I do, I do so using what experience I have listening to him. Are you suggesting he is secretly funny, and the stuff people tend to post is not the good stuff? Maybe he's just not funny on TV? Has he dramatically changed his style and topics discussed? What does he do now, that is much funnier than what he was doing when many of us stopped listening to him?
The Poojer Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 i agree, he is still very funny, sometimes his little quirks annoy the hell out of me, but i still love listening Howard is still funny as hell. Don't listen non stern fans Elephant boy and Crackhead bob those were always good laughs
Helpmenow Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Still the best bar none! For all the changes there from Billy West to Jackie and Artie.

What I posted was a variation on a meme around Stern that exists on this board. Nothing more. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/168464-trump-on-howard-stern-this-morning-discussing-the-bills/#entry3158091 Edited September 22, 2014 by John Adams
BillsFanNC Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 RIP Eric the Actor....you little club footed bastard. Howard has changed for the better IMO. Gone for the most part are the strippers and porn stars and we get more of Howard's celebrity interviews. He's the best interviewer in the business, and it's not even close.

Nothing more. http://forums.twobil...s/#entry3158091 I have no idea what you are talking about or why that thread is relevant. I don't even see your post there. But what does any of this have to do with my response to your question?
Acantha Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 I have no idea what you are talking about or why that thread is relevant. I don't even see your post there. But what does any of this have to do with my response to your question? It means he doesn't care about Howard Stern or your opinion of him. His "question" wasn't sincere, merely the Howard Stern version of "common man".

But what does any of this have to do with my response to your question? :wallbash: :wallbash: No, it's just kind of a thing around here now for a dozen years. Every time a Stern show comes up - twice a year maybe - you always get 2 or 3 people responding along the lines of "I don't get it. Stern isn't that funny! I can't believe he is still around, he's not relevant. He hasn't been funny in years." Like moths to a flame someone is always drawn in.
